This cozy one bedroom park model is perfect for a couple or two to four visitors. The unit is fully furnished with towels bedding direcTV wireless internet grill. Many windows for enjoying the spectacular sunsets and sunrises on the river. Eagles Soar across the street from the unit and it is not surprising to see them perch in the trees on the rivers shore. Tundra swans feed in the cove just north of the unit in the fall. Turkeys and deer are abundant in the rush creek wildlife preserve for public hunting. Seven boat launches with in 15 minutes of the property for great Walleye bass or pan fish. Genoa and Lynxville both have fishing Floats for an enjoyable day of fishing if you don't have a boat.

Great getaway

Very nice, cozy cottage! It was very clean and had a lot of thoughtful amenities. My friend, my dog, and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property with its awesome view of the Mississippi. I was looking for a place to stay to get my dog away from fireworks and this fit the bill. The host was extremely prompt when answering questions before our stay, and responded quickly when we had a small problem during our stay. Will certainly consider booking again.

The place in location was excellent. Beautiful view and the owner is so accommodating.

The owner is very accommodating and friendly. We've also bought our dogs which was a great perk. The view was beautiful and there's lots to do in the area that is outdoors. The place in itself is well stocked for your needs and clean with comfort. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything Jill.

Mississippi River Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Appreciated being dog-friendly. Thanks for the coffee! Nice location. Loved the hiking options nearby as well as the bars and restaurants. Highlight was the pair of bald eagles on the tree just outside the trailer each morning. Wish it would have been a bit warmer to enjoy the deck and sunset views.

Nice Location

We enjoyed our weekend and the accommodations were just as pictured. We unfortunately came back with some kind of bites. We think it was in the carpet due to it being only our feet and hands. I would also suggest a day or two before confirmation from the owner. I needed to get an location for the GPS.

Wonderful view of the river!

Home was very clean and well supplied. Owner very polite and helpful. We used the futon and full size bed. Both worked well for us. Sitting at the kitchen table watching Eagles and barges on river - lovely. The country roads in the Wisconsin Driftless area were beautiful.

Great 5 Days overlooking the Mississippi River

My husband and I just returned from five great days in this Park Model. We were so pleased when we first entered to see how bright and clean it was. We loved the view of the Mississippi. Even though some of the furniture has changed, the pictures are very representative of the unit. It also is equipped with everything you might need. We came away for a few days of rest away from the stresses at home and have come home relaxed and look forward to returning again.

Clean, cozy, comfortable rental with great views of the Mississippi River

My husband and I enjoyed our two-night stay at this property. With the exception of train noise (which we got used it), the location was quiet. It's convenient to several local sights.

Multi-night stay

We stayed 4 nights while exploring the Mississippi River and Driftless Areas and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy park model. We found it impeccably clean and exactly as described. Many restaurants within a 10 minute or less drive and the locals were friendly and hospitable. The property owner is very accommodating and helpful (if needed) and we are already considering a return trip during the late fall. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Pam, Don & Lexie

Great get away!

This was perfect for us. We spent the weekend sightseeing along the Mississippi River and needed a place to rest up and recover. The property was clean and described accurately. The owner was helpful and quickly answered all questions.
