The daily rental rate includes absolutely all charges (also electricity). Housekeeping is included as well during weekdays, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.
