Bright and Beachy Oceanfront Condo - Linens included!

This first floor walkup condo has a beach cottage feel with all the modern conveniences. Load up your beach cart and spend all day chasing the sun (or kids!) between the pool and the ocean - they are steps away. An outside shower and a downstairs lockable storage closet means less sand and gear for you to worry about. Upon check in your linens will be fresh on the beds for you and hung on towel rods so that you don't have to bring them from home or unwrap expensive uncomfortable rental linens and spend the first hour of your vacation making beds (and this is included in the price of your rental without additional fee!) When the tides turn, settle in, watch TV or Netflix while you prepare meals on granite countertops in your fully stocked kitchen, and then have dinner watching the sunset from your private balcony. Blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, and contemporary bedding mean the sound of the waves will be the last thing you hear before blissful slumber. The Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street or hop on a ferry in charming Southport over to the NC Aquarium in Fort Fisher. Whatever you do, unplug the stress at home and plug in your vacation treat yo self mode!

We like walking into the smell of a clean condo (and like our guests knowing that it's been cleaned!) so we use scented cleaning products, FYI.

Wonderful condo. Exactly as pictured. Furnishings were very comfortable. Very easy access to the beach, and the chairs that are in the storage room are a great extra touch. Enjoyed sitting on the porch all times of the day and watching the ocean and boats. Lots of good restaurants on the island. Planning on going back!

Lovely location. Communication with hosts was very quick and timely. Poolside and quick boardwalk to the beach with outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Note that parking is very limited and this is a second story condo with no elevator. Quiet neighborhood unless there is a beach wedding/reception. Good value for the amenities.

This was our second time renting this unit. Itā€™s the perfect location on the beach. Itā€™s very clean, comfortable, and has everything we needed. We love that itā€™s close to restaurants in walking distance on the beach. Itā€™s also a short drive to Southport which is such a great place to eat and shop. We also took the ferry to Fort Fisher to visit the NC Aquarium which is such a fun trip. Itā€™s interesting to learn all about the loggerhead turtles that nest on Caswell Beach. We always get to see some nests when we stay here. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was wonderful with amazing views and nicely equipped. I was impressed with the proximity to 2 beach boardwalks and location on the island. The extra spacious sectional was nice and comfortable. the owners were great and left plenty of clear instructions to navigate the condo, island and local community. If you plan to tour the lighthouse, book that tour now! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great condo, location and hosts!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway with our 3 month old son for his first beach trip! Perfect location right on the beach and less than a mile walk to the pier and restaurants. Stuart and Brandon were excellent hosts and very responsive!

Great place, lots of thoughtful amenities provided. Beach was pristine, walking distance to fishing pier. Lots of good Restuarantā€™s close by. Will stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Spring Beach Getaway

We had a lovely stay! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach. Sadly the pool, which they were filling for the season while we were there, was closed but we knew it might be unavailable this time of year. The only issue was that the building turned off the hose near the pool entry so we had to go look around and borrow another units shower hose to rinse our feet and beach gear each day. Besides that, it really was an ideal vacation for us. Canā€™t wait to go back.

You can't beat the quiet beaches, the amazing views, and the quintessential NC beach town vibe. We love it on season and off season.
