Parking is limited to two vehicles in the garage. Additional vehicles may be parked in the driveway or on the street, subject to availability and local regulations. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring more than two cars.

Garage remote/clicker is not provided. A remote can be made available for an additional $30 fee.

If you expect to receive mail, we recommend a direct delivery to the door. We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail.

Other details to note

-Kindly note that our check-out time is at 10:00 AM, and check-in time begins at 4:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these timings

-A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

-There is a two car garage available for our guest as well as street parking please note we do not provide a garage clicker and the garage will need to be open from the inside

-Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door and a camera in the outside by the garage.

-Please be aware that the Jacuzzi and the fireplace are not amenities as they are not functional. 

-Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.

NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.

GARAGE DOORS: Please keep garage doors always closed - Please note we do not provide a garage clicker

Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home

Sound: No amplified sound is permitted

Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever

We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay.
Please be mindful of the electricity.

We have a utility cap allowance on the home. it is not more than $300 during summer. Please be mindful of the AC temperature and do not set it below 72 degrees to keep a good 

Our policy includes a $200 charge for late checkouts, as delays can impact our cleaning crew's schedule and incur penalties.

After a guest checks out, we cannot assume responsibility for mail delivery. Please be aware that a management fee will be charged for any mail delivery to the guest's location.

If any issues arise with the house, such as plumbing or AC problems, please inform us promptly. We're committed to promptly addressing any concerns to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

Garbage collection takes place on Wednesdays. If your stay exceeds one week, kindly place the garbage bins at the curb either on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

When the home is unoccupied, please ensure the AC is set to a minimum of 76 degrees to help minimize electricity consumption.

Fireplace: Kindly be aware that the fireplace is purely decorative and should not be used for any other purpose.

Please note that we do not provide cable tv. we only offer Roku TV

Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. A cleaning fee is charged, but excessive mess may incur additional charges.

Please use all appliances and amenities responsibly. Turn off lights, air conditioning, and other electronic devices when not in use to conserve energy.
Guests are not permitted to charge electric or hybrid vehicles on the property. Please make necessary arrangements for vehicle charging at designated facilities in the vicinity. This rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and to prevent any potential electrical issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. there is a $500 penalty per day

Please make sure the pets do not sleep on the beds or couch. There is a $150 fee is dog hair is found on the beds.
