Snowlake B09 is the perfect choice for family gatherings, group ski trips, or a golf getaway with friends. Located in the highly sought-after Snowlake Condominiums, this spacious townhouse-style unit places you right in the heart of Sugar Mountain. In winter, you can walk to the ski lodge, tubing park, and ice-skating rink, while in the warmer months, golf and tennis are just outside your door.

Inside, the main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering and relaxation, complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a large balcony overlooking Snow Lake and the surrounding mountains. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private full bath, offering plenty of privacy for your group. Upstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds, and another bedroom with a king bed. On the ground floor, one bedroom offers a queen bed, and the other includes a king bed plus a twin bunk set. Please note that there is no bathroom on the main living floor; bathrooms are located on the upper and lower levels.

This home comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen for light cooking, a washer and dryer (detergent not provided), high-speed secure Wi-Fi, and bed and bath linens. Two assigned parking spaces are included, with additional parking available in an overflow lot upon request.
