Primary Bedroom – King Bed & Sleeper Sofa

Bedroom 3 – Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin)
Perfect for kids or friends, this cozy room features a fun twin-over-twin bunk setup, soft bedding, and playful décor. Located near the shared bathroom for easy access.

Other things to note-

1. Outdoor grill & firepit are available seasonally, depending on the weather.

2. For safety and insurance reasons, guests are not permitted to use the fireplace.

3. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is recommended during snowy months for safe access to the house.

4. An exterior camera above the garage and on the porch records audio and video of the driveway for safety and insurance purposes. It is only reviewed in case of a concern or complaint.

5. Chalet includes automatic backup power via a 200A generator, ensuring comfort even during rare outages.

6. Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.

7. We kindly ask guests to check out by 10:00 a.m. Late departures may incur a $25 fee per 15 minutes to support our cleaning team’s schedule.

8. Frostpine Chalet is equipped with a privacy-safe Minut sensor that monitors noise and smoke levels to help ensure a peaceful and safe stay. It does not record audio or video.

9. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
