Great house and great location

Me and my family stay at this beach house. It great for big family and it close to the beach. The pool is small but it great because it close to the beach.

Just close enough

House was very nice with sufficient accommodations for our large (8 adults, 3 teenagers and 5 children) family. Kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. Rooms are very spacious with good bedding arrangements. The furniture is in need of attention (bed slates missing, dining chair backs broken, living room couch leg broken, etc). Its a fairly good walk to the beach. The pool was very nice and located right on the beach.

Thanksgiving in PCB

We had a wonderful family gathering at this spacious home right near the beach. It was perfect for our 12 person group age range 2 to 68. Thanks for helping us make memories.

Love Panama City Beach Area

Love the location close enough to city but far enough away from sounds and traffic. The house was very nice! Furniture really needs to be updated, living room furniture is very uncomfortable and several of the mattress need replaced other than that really love this place. Kitchen is awesome but if you plan on cooking big meals like we did take your bigger pots and pans because ones supplied are all small.

Perfect location

I booked this property for Father's day weekend. We had an amazing time. The property is directly across the street from the beach and allowed for an ocean view from the balcony. The beachside community pool is also directly across the street and was just perfect for those of us that wanted to be beachside without being in the ocean getting sandy! The home was very spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out without being on top of each other (especially if you're traveling with teens and young adults as we were). We never really figured out the television, but we were so busy having a good time they weren't missed. I highly recommend and look forward to our next stay here!

Great location and space

Lots of space! Overall the house definitely needs some general maintenance upkeep, which I made the property owner aware of, but our overall experience was very good. Being in the gated neighborhood directly across from the beach was very nice and it was quiet and easily accessible (by car) to restaurants and grocery stores. I would not recommend renting bikes because you won't really need them at this location. The house had tons of space for everyone and the master balconies were perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails looking out over the gulf. Beds were comfy. Having the extra fridge for beverages was really nice when there for the week, too! Smart TVs were easy to use with our streaming channels too. Being able to bring our dogs was the biggest positive to this house. Always grateful to not have to leave them at home. We were there in the off season (late September) so can't speak to how crowded it is in the summer but the beach was not crowded at all when we were there.

Great Location but Condo Needs Repairs

To be completely fair, the property manager and property owner were very easy to work with and were very responsive to needs. However a previous renter caused a lot of damage, especially to the carpet. I do believe the property manager was working as best she could to correct the damages between renters. We just happen to be the unlucky ones to come after those people. If I had two items to caution people on, I would say 1) This is not a 6 bedroom condo. It has 5 bedrooms and an area near the living room / kitchen. That room has no door and offers no privacy; and 2) The condo is in need of some upgrades to bedding. My wife, daughter and I stayed in the bunkbed room. The pillows and mattresses are in serious need of replacing. I would recommend staying at this location but with caution if you truly need six bedrooms.

They Cancle our booking 15 hrs.

I got call day before my booking at 6.00 pm saying that I can't use their master bath because water us flooding there. They conformed that repairing was going going on from long time but they never notify us so we can find another place . At last minute they frustrated us while we already left from our house to enjoy vacation home. At the end we need to book another house at mid night in car while driving which was more expensive then this one. I was so disappointed with property manager. They are so rude and they also cancle booking without even notifying us. While we call them back, they said we cancled your booking. I would suggest to please take good action. Inever expected something unprofessional from prestigious website like Verbo.

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful and had ample places to sleep (As described). The upkeep, however, is very poor. My husband spent part of the week fixing broken things; replacing utility room cabinet door, replacing broken toilet paper holders, etc. the outside is beautiful, but the inside needs a fair amount of Fixing, work, scrubbing and paint. There is not enough seating in the den and dining room area. So in order for our family of 14 to be able to (All) sit down while (we were eating, etc) we had to bring in All of our folding beach chairs. The den furniture was lacking and-what they did have-was not in good shape. We had to go out the first night and buy hand towels and extra beach towels because there were no hand towels for the bathrooms and not enough bath towels. There were a few wash cloths, and some were very tattered. Also, none of the bedrooms had trash cans so we hung grocery bags on the doorknobs for trash. Like I said, with a fair amount of necessary upkeep, a few cans of paint, more towels and trash cans, more places to sit this place has the potential to be amazing. We chose to make the most of it and enjoy our family.

Excellent stay!!

This house is as close to perfect as you are going to get! We had 8 adults and 6 kids(all under the age of 9) and we still room for more. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had all the equipment you need to make any kind meal, the place was just awesome. Host is fantastic they answered every single message and phone call for us. We cant wait to go back!

Senior trip 2032

Had a great time with the kids before they head off to college and their next chapter in life. House was great. Did have an issue with a backed up hvac system line. Owner responded direct and was taken care of next day. Owner was super nice and very respectful of our privacy and worked with us to resolve the problem. Things happen as I own my house and understand maintenance issues. We had an amazing time and would recommend to our friends.

Excellent vacation home. Highly recommend!

Huge house with plenty of room. Very clean and well equipped with everything needed. Very comfortable beds. Could go on and on. Not one bad thing to say about this property. One thing I was wondering about when I arrived it being my first time here was the walk to the beach. It's a very easy walk. Right outside the house there's a little trail right along the fence straight to the main street. Right across there's public beach access. Easier walk then most condo's I've stayed in on the beach. Thanks for a great vacation! Will be back

It was AMAZING

Our vacation was great thanks to the owner. Due to unforeseen circumstances with this property we could not stay there, but the owner made possible for us to stay in another of their properties, not even 3 minutes away. Communication was key during the whole time we stayed and even after departing. I recommend this house to anyone (you will not be dissapointed) also, the closeness to the beach is awesome!! We are also looking at staying at their properties in a near future.

Incredible stay, incredible property, just could have been cleaner

All in all my family and I really enjoyed this home. The proximity to the beach and availability of the community pool were nice bonuses. Our biggest issue was overall cleanliness of the property For example, a lot of the linens seemed a little stained and most of the bed covers for the pullouts seemed as if they had not been touched for a while. There were few other similar issues, but I don't want to bog this review down with nit picky issues because we did really enjoy staying in this beautiful home. I just know that having everything be more clean overall would make it that much better of a rental.

Beautiful home and great location. But the home is in dire need of some Maintenance. The home needs to be closed for a week or two for repairs. The flooring looks like it was installed by a five year old kid. It is terrible. The floor has gaps between the bds and the flooring slides when you walk on it. Walls need to be repaired and painted. Ext doors need to be adjusted so they will close easily. Egress door upstairs to the steps doesn’t work so you can’t open it. Door knob just spins. Cold water faucet in upstairs bathroom doesn’t work. Ceiling fan wobbles and sounds like a freight train. The home owner needs to come and walk trough this home and see for themselves what kind of shape it is in. We had a great time and would stay at this home again but it breaks my heart to see what kind of shape it is getting in. Thanks

Great location

We had a large group stay and still had plenty of space to spread out! This is located in a nice neighborhood just minutes from the pool and the beach. CVS and Publix are also right around the corner if you need to make a store run. They supplied beach umbrellas and chairs to use which was a plus! There are 4 official bed rooms with a bonus room that can also be used as a bed room. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. There is a wash station on the side of the house which is great for rinsing off before coming into the house or cleaning your beach items. There is also a nice charcoal grill out back with seating. As far as cleanliness, the house was great though the upstairs rug could stand to be replaced sometime in the near future. Besides that everything was clean to include all of the kitchen items. It took us a minute to figure out where to place our trash but finally realized there is a trash bin on the side of the house between us and the building to the right. The most important thing is the host! Zohra was wonderful to work with. Super responsive and always helpful with all of our questions. Honestly wonderful to work with. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Family Vacy

The property manager was the best. Very prompt in replying to my messages and very detailed. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the property but the home is beautiful. The family really enjoyed Panama.

Filthiest place I have ever rented

I would recommend anyone else to avoid this property at all cost. The carpeted areas of the home have not been cleaned for quite sometime. Stains, dirt and lack of upkeep kept my younger kids from playing or walking barefoot on the upstairs area. The living room was also disappointing. One of the three couch pieces was extremely filthy. I joked that it must have been a nice side-of-the-road freebie. Again, having small children I kept them from touching it. There was so many wrong things with this property from dirt surfaces to broken sink handles, etc. I wish I could attach pictures to this review for others to see and make a decision for themselves. Also in all transparency, I have opened a case with VRBO against this property because nobody should experience this. As you may have guessed, we left early and the owner was not someone you could reason with.

Perfect Location & Plenty of Space

A group of friends (16 people) stayed at the property for 3 nights. Mother nature was not kind to us as it rained all 3 days. The best part was the location of the property. The beach is just 2 min walk from the property. Every time it stopped raining we went to the beach. The property is huge and it had plenty of spaces for everyone in our group. Since it was raining most of day, we played board games and huge living room worked really well for that. There are few things that are dated like flooring, locks in bathrooms, grill etc. But overall the house provided everything that we asked for a memorable vacation. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back later this year.
