Summary:

Spacious home in a quiet, woodsy residential neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. Enjoy the massive open living area on the top floor and the four huge bedrooms downstairs.



In the Winter enjoy sledding and snow play in our large gently sloped yard. Keep tabs on the kids from the hot tub or deck. In the Summer hike or bike endless trails starting just 300' from your front door.



Its less than a ten minute drive to skiing Heavenly or the Stateline shopping and entertainment center.

A two-story mountain cabin tucked into a quiet, pine-filled neighborhood with direct trail access just 300 feet from your front door.

The main level opens to soaring ceilings and a stacked-stone fireplace anchoring the living room. Natural light floods through oversized windows with views into the forest canopy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas range, and concrete countertops with seating for six at the dining table.

The host was very welcoming and provided clear guidelines on everything. The house and kitchen were well maintained and stocked. The host provided us with welcome amenities such a basket with welcome items such as toothpaste and chapstick as well as snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property.

The property was perfect for our stay. It is in a quiet location yet close to everything fun in Tahoe. The house is well outfitted. The kids enjoyed the outdoor area and play structure. Communication was spot on and the check in process seamless. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house had everything you could possibly imagine to make your stay in Tahoe feel like home. We had plenty of room to stretch out, the house itself was inviting, warm, and close to everything. Communication with host was perfect, always answering questions in a timely fashion and they even left a welcoming basket full of practical and delicious treats. It was clean and very well-maintained all throughout. My only regret is not staying longer. This is our second time in Tahoe, and next time we visit, we'll definitely book this place.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with coffee outside, taking in the peaceful view of the beautiful wooded lot. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for walks. Our host was wonderful—friendly, communicative, and super responsive. We felt so comfortable here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Family vacation

This house had something for everyone! Ages 2-63. It’s in a great location, clean and spacious. The littles enjoyed the play yard, the young adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We had an awesome time and would book again!

Great stay

Very impressed with the family friendly place which included screen guards for the stairs. It even has night lights we had in the toddler room. The fireplace was great to sit in front of in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place.

Great place to accommodate family and friends

We booked this stay for our Christmas / New Years trip. We had family and friends staying there and there was plenty of room for meals, hanging out, and beds for everyone. Big yard and big house perfect for large groups. The host was super responsive and made our trip seemless. Would highly recommend this property! Close enough to everything but tucked away enough that you have your own space!

Peaceful get away

This is definitely a home my family will visit again. Everything a family needed was found in the home. A list of places to explore provided a nice touch, and enhanced our stay. Morning walks on the nearby trails and evenings by the firepit was serene. Great communication with Duggin from the start.

Girls getaway

The home was conveniently located to hiking, shops, and restaurants. Beds/bedding were so comfortable. It had all the amenities needed for our girls trip! Any concerns were addressed immediately. Communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

All we needed in South Lake Tahoe

My family and I (6 adults and 5 kids) came to South Lake Tahoe for 3 days / 2 nights. We had everything we needed at the house: the hot tub, the yard with the play structure. Also we were close to a neighborhood trail at the end of the street (leading to a creek) and a short drive away from sight seeing and Zephyr Cove. We had a very good time and we recommend this house

Great stay in Tahoe!

We really enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home in Lake Tahoe. The listing was very accurate and we were not disappointed! We had littles ones in our group so we appreciated the safety gates. The host was prompt in responding to our questions. The beds where a dream to sleep on. We have an EV and loved waking up to a full charge via the 240V 14-50 outlet in the garage. The neighborhood was very family friendly and quiet. We hope to be back!

EXTREMELY NICE AND ROOMY CABIN. EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE AND NEW. THE OWNER WAS REALLY EASY TO WORK WITH. BIG KITCHEN FULLY STOCKED AND BIG BEDROOMS WITH AMAZING SHOWERS. WILL RENT AGAIN! Best home I've ever stayed at!

Amazing home, especially with the latest snowfall. What a gorgeous view to wake up to every morning! We had the best getaway with our family. When we arrived, the home was nice and cozy. Everything we needed was there, the beds were extremely comfortable, walk in showers, hot tub, huge kitchen and very spacious. Duggan was quick to respond if we needed anything and his neighbor Mike was very helpful as well. Due to the weather, we ended up being snowed in but made the most of it and played in the backyard all day and really enjoyed our time with family. Highly recommend staying here as we cannot wait to come again!

Awesome Tahoe Family Vacation Home

Overall a great cabin for families. Property is very clean and modern, great location and even had a small sledding hill in the backyard the kids loved! The only downside is that the bedrooms are all downstairs and living room/kitchen are upstairs with floor tiles that don’t minimize noise. So literally every footstep or chair moving echoes in the bedrooms. Not an issue if kids are heavy sleepers or everyone is mindful upstairs of the noise. That being said, would still recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Great spot in a great location!

A group of friends and I stayed in Duggan's beautiful, newly remodeled home at the end of January and absolutely loved it. We've all been to Tahoe several times and agreed that it was probably the nicest space we'd ever stayed at. It's very close to Heavenly and there are also several trails nearby for hiking. Duggan was very responsive both before and during our stay and we were quite pleased to be welcomed with a gift basket w/ wine & snacks! My only recommendation is to perhaps include hooks outside by the (new) hot tub so we have a place to hang up our towels :) Other than that one incredibly minor thing, everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying here and will most likely be back!

Nice Home & Great Location!

The home is nice, and is in a great location! It's located in a nice quiet woodsy neighborhood just off of the main highway, but is only minutes away from all of the activities we did. It only took 10 minutes for us to drive to the Echo Lake trailhead for a hike to Lake Aloha, 5 min. drive to town and to the El Dorado Beach, and was a $13 cab ride to the casinos. The house itself is open and spacious with a nice master bedroom - there was plenty of space for our party which was 8 adults, and the house is stocked with everything we needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there were a couple of things not working for us when we were there, but it didn't inhibit our fun, and the owner is fixing the issues. Communication with the owner is very good. Overall, I would recommend this house.

The house is spacious and the layout works well, however, it definitely needs to be maintained.

The house was clean, but there were dents in the walls, scrapes/scuffs on the walls, the handle to the outdoor deck was broken off and several of the windows would not open. That proved to be a bit of an issue due to the fact that the weather was very warm. There were also several screens that we're off track and one was missing in a bedroom, so the bugs we're able to come into the house. We were able to use the yard as there were fire ant hills all over the back. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms we're great and very well equipped. The location was peaceful, quiet and convenient. With a little more care, I think it could be a top notch property.

Very bad

The house was very dirty the carpet was very dirty smells bad bathrooms are dirty it was a poop behind the toilet one of the bedrooms bathroom the beds wasn’t clean basically it’s not the house that I was expectingOne of the bathroom towel hanger was broken left it on the floor never fixed was two holes on the wall that house it was so messed up when we got there we open the door and we were about to return but we have no choice because we had the kids with us we just didn’t say anything because we knew we going to stay outside with my children we were eight hours away from our home I was waiting to come back home then make my complaint

I came to Tahoe on vacation from Australia in 1998 and was immediately smitten. In fact I moved here permanently in 2003 and have been loving it ever since. I am lucky enough to teach snowboarding at Heavenly each winter and work in construction during the summer. My wife Angela and I feel very lucky to be able to raise our two kids in this amazing outdoor playground.

Its been a great combination of my passions for real estate, construction and customer service. We loved this house for its amazing location with immediate access to endless forrest, great views, the huge living area and massive bedrooms
