Three restful bedrooms offer a mix of comfort and style. The primary bedroom is its own retreat with a king bed and en-suite bath. A second bedroom also features a king bed designed for deep sleep, while the third brings a playful touch with bunk beds perfect for kids or friends. Fresh linens, soft duvets, and thoughtful touches throughout make each room feel special.

Outside, the backyard is the heart of the home. A private pool shimmers in the sunshine with a hot tub close by, both surrounded by loungers that add a little magic to the desert air. Evenings can be spent grilling under the stars, gathering with friends, or simply floating under the glow of the pool lights.

This home is designed for connection—whether that means cooking together, sharing stories around the table, or enjoying long afternoons by the water. It’s a space that makes you feel at ease the moment you arrive, with everything you need to settle in and create your own Palm Springs memories.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of 300.00 per month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $90 per day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-Spa Heat is included with your stay
-Parking notes: You'll find parking 2 vehicles in the driveway.
