Also conveniently positioned just two blocks away from Historic Main Street, while staying at Winterpoint Townhome 42 you're only a stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Main Street Breckenridge.
Spanning across 1,220 square feet and spread over multiple levels, this quality townhome boasts an open and inviting design. The living room serves as the heart of the home, centered around a cozy gas fireplace and a new flat screen TV (installed November 2018) complete with a DVD player. Sink into the plush couch and matching loveseat, providing ample seating for relaxation and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, you'll discover an outdoor patio, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying peaceful moments during the summer months.
Ascend just a few steps to discover the full-service kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed to cater to your culinary needs. The welcoming dining table comfortably accommodates up to six guests, complete with dinnerware and glassware for your convenience. The well-appointed wood cabinet kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator. For a quick and casual meal, make use of the breakfast bar with seating for two. Whichever option you choose, you'll relish in the joy of preparing and savoring a home-cooked meal within the comfort of your own home.
