Modern design, fully equipped home with two designated off-street parking spaces and central air conditioning. Schlage keyless lock system for entry code. Perfect for friends to share or family vacations and getaways. Walking distance to Commercial Street and Town Center, Shopping and Restaurants. Biking ride distance to Herring Cove Beach.

Our Association Rules and Regulations does not allow anyone renting to have their own pets stay with them.

The kitchen has a state-of-the-art gas stove and oven. Oversized microwave oven with a baking cycle. Kitchenaid French double door refrigerator and bottom drawer freezer with automatic ice maker. filter water system. In addition 44 dd quiet Kitcen Aid dishwasher. Countertop appliance includes, Coffee Maker / coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, Kitchenaid Stand Miixer, Pamper Chef Baking Ware, All necssary dishes, glasses , silverware, kitchen lines.

The main level features oak wood floors. The living room is equipped with smart televisions and a full Comcast channel lineup, as well as High-Speed Internet. Living Room furniture, open floor plan to kitchen and abundance of natural lighting thought out the first floor, and half Bathroom . Also a coat closet with cleaning supplies, and a vacuum cleaner.

2nd Floor ~ 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms:

Bedroom A has a queen-size bed, a Nightstand with an alarm clock, and a dresser. A walk-in closet with motion detector lighting. Television with Comcast Cable, and Ceiling Fan, Private Bathroom adjacent in corridor, All bedrooms and bathroom lines provided.

Owners Suite, King Size bed and twin size bed, Two Nightstands, one alarm clock and new linens and pillows, Two large closets, Dresser, Smart Flat Screen Television with Comcast Cable, Cathedral Ceiling with fan and exposed beams.

Master Bathroom with jetted soaking tub, and shower stall / rainfall shower head and vanity. Towel sets per guest. provided.

Lower Level - Walkout Basement, Full Size Washer and Dryer with Laundry Soap Supplies. 2 Beach Towels Available,(2) Beach Chairs, (1) Cooler, Extra Refrigerator & Freezer to make ice for the beach cooler.

Exterior Area: Equipped with (6) Burner Propane Weber Grill for BBQ's and Cover Porch Area with Furniture. Great for Summer Picnics or Relaxing with Cocktails.

This is a smoke free environment interior and exterior, No smoking Allowed anywhere on property. !

Disclaimer: The owners have 2 hypoallergenic dogs that visit the home occasionally. Just encase guest are allergic to dogs.

Perfect place to stay in Provincetown. This townhome is well-appointed with modern appliances and a well-equipped kitchen, lovely furnishings, within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, situated in a very quiet neighborhood, and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Owners are friendly and quick to respond. My husband and I hated to leave.

Family stay

The house was great for the 3 generations of our family at the start of 4th of July vacation week. We had a 5 year old with 40 something parents and 70 year old grandparents. We cooked in the well-appointed kitchen while some of us hung out on the porch in the Adirondack chairs reading and talking, rain or shine. When one of us wanted to get away for a work meeting the basement table and chair set up was comfortable, quiet and well lit. We walked and road bikes to Commercial Street for action, ice cream, whale watch, library, restaurants, shops and meeting friends. Race Point and Herring Cove beaches are a 5-8 minute drive but also bike-able. Herring Cove has life guards who will warn about sharks, (We saw seals but no sharks in our 5 days.) Both bayside and oceanside beaches are available. The house is part of a small cluster of houses with pleasant little flower gardens off a quiet, thoroughfare out of the hubbub, but accessible to everything. We enjoyed the location and the relaxed elegance of the house.

It was a lovely stay, but communication could use some help!

We absolutely loved this house! It was fashionable, clean as heck, well stocked, and close to everything in Provincetown. I liked that it wasn't on a busy street and tucked away from the bustle of the downtown area but still close to things The listing did say there were kids toys available when in fact there were not. And the hosts didn't respond to several messages we sent throughout our stay.

Spotless and close to everything!

Charming and spotless condo, with a beautiful outdoor space and parking. Joe and Jim provide everything you need, from kitchen equipment to beach chairs. The neighborhood is very quiet, yet it's a short walk to all Provincetown has to offer. Check-in and out were seamless, and the hosts were kind and communicative. We look forward to returning!

The best porch

Everything about this charming property was spot on, it's close to things, it had plenty of space, the directions/communciation was fantastic but the highlight for me was the porch, we spent so much time here talking, drinking coffee, and there was this lovely breeze that kept us cool even when the weather was not, would definitely stay again.

The place to be!

We had a wonderful visit to PTown and this house was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our mornings were spent on the covered front porch drinking our coffee in the Adirondack chairs and catching up and planning our day. Jim and Joe have a lovely home. Best toaster ever!!!

P Town Gem!

Jim and Joe are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful inside and out. We had plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen exceeded our expectations; ample upscale cookware, spices, cleaning supplies…list goes on Jim and Joe thought of everything. Highly recommended renting from such a nice couple. Great space!

Joe & Jim were wonderful hosts! They were proactive communicators, suggesting restaurants to make reservations at (well in advance), checking in to see how our visit was going, etc. Their plane was very clean, comfortable and great for families -- with more space than other properties we've rented in P-Town. We loved the covered porch and Adirondack chairs, which allowed us to be outside even during rainy mornings. We hope to rent again!

Gem of a property

Wonderful experience. Property was as described. Owners are excellent communicators and went out of their way to ensure our experience was excellent. The property is ideally located to balance access to Commercial street and beaches while providing a quiet place to relax. We will rent this property again if available the next time we visit Ptown.

In the heart of P Town

Perfect spot if you want to park your car and forget about it. You can walk almost everywhere and the scooters and bikes you can rent will replace any longer distance. The porch was a perfect place in the morning for a book and coffee before the day begins. Wonderful neighbors if you want to catch up on local info and yet the complex is quiet and a nice place to relax.

Beautiful, spacious hidden gem

We loved our stay here. Having spent many vacations in different places in Ptown, I was amazed by the amount of space in this house. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Joe and Jim's home is impeccably clean, convenient to town, and helped make our family vacation one we will never forget. Second Time Here

Bit of a walk from town, but has a great porch and the overall feel of the place is great and it has all the amenities. The owners were very eager to make sure that our stay was problem free.

"Happy Place"

Our family had an amazing time staying at this quaint townhouse which was located in a perfect location. It was a quick walk into town yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet evening sitting on the front porch. The townhouse had a warm welcoming feeling as you walked in, was very clean and had everything available that you could possibly imagine for a perfect stay. Amazing place to stay, convenient location

This townhome has all the amenities and creature comforts that make you feel like you're not missing things because you are in a rental. It is pristinely clean. The open concept first floor is super comfortable and has modern design. The kitchen is well-stocked (you can actually cook a meal here...even bake). The lovely bedrooms are bright and airy. Easy parking (two spaces) and a five minute walk to Commercial Street. The hosts are extremely helpful and easygoing. They made it clear that if anything came up, they're there as a resource along with a local property manager. Highly recommend this stay to anyone!

Fantastic place!

Joe & Jim's place is fantastic - nice and quiet while also walkable to all the action on Commercial Street. The place was spotless when I arrived and very comfortable. Joe and Jim were great hosts, very responsive. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and relaxing

We stayed for nearly a month in this pristine property. Joe and Jim were great. Highly recommend for a quiet get away. Enjoy the covered porch and grill.

Immaculate place & everything we were looking for

This property is even better than the pics! We normally vacation in Truro, and are so happy we found this P-town gem. The kitchen had everything we needed, the basement was super clean, washer/dryer was such a convenience, plenty of sheet and extra towels, beach chairs, cooler, and large ice slabs were a nice surprise, plus a super short and charming walk to Commercial St, and restaurants/cafes. The central a/c kept us nice and cool, and the patio was a perfect place to end the day in. Jim & Joe were super accessible and responsive when our daughter accidentally turned the furnace off! This place is truly beautiful and was just right for our group of 3 adults and 2 toddlers.

Provincetown Perfection

We had an excellent stay at Jim & Joe's P-Town condo. Mid-week my family asked if we could book the condo for next year to secure availability! The house is classically Cape Cod charming & quaint with beautiful curb appeal, well maintained, impeccably clean, well stocked, quiet yet with walkable accessibility to all attractions including beach/restaurants/bars, comfortable beds & pillows, plush & abundant bath towels, top of the line appliances, amazing communication w. Jim & Joe, super easy check in, friendly neighbors, high quality beach amenities on-site including beach chairs/beach towels/cooler & umbrella, friendly neighbors.... the list goes on and on. Stop looking and book this place. Just don't book it for my week :)

We have tried our best to make our home a fun place for your family and friends to relax and enjoy their time away. Upon arrival you will find luxury bathroom amenities and soft cotton towels and bed linens. We love to entertain so we upgraded the kitchen with awesome new stainless steel appliance and all type of kitchen supplies. I f you enjoy baking like us. You will enjoy the Paper Chef baking supplies and Kitchenaid 7 Qt Stand Mixer. Also a variety of cook books to try a new meal or special late night treats.

Through out the home we have Comcast High Speed Internet and Full Channel Line Up of Television.

Our home has beach chairs and beach towels, and ice chest for a fun day at the beach items are located in the basement near the washer and dryer.

We are always open for suggestion of additional items that will make your next visit more pleasurable.
