Set on wooded conservation land and nestled amongst the tree tops this home offers views of the ocean and the Wood End Lighthouse from the deck and living room. Bask in the sun through picture windows or relax on the deck in the shade of the retractable awning.
Whether you are craving serenity or activity this home is ideally situated on a quiet street yet near town. Herring Cove beach is 1.5 miles & accessible by walking, biking or driving. Town center is a 20 minute walk with it's excellent restaurants, art galleries, movie theater, shopping and more.
Amenities include a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen, Nespresso Vertuo & drip coffee machines, new Signature Refrigerator, outdoor Weber grill, living room fireplace stove, 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, open upstairs floor plan, 3 decks: entry, living room, downstairs bedrooms.
Primary bedroom has queen bed and private full bath, black out shades, second bedroom has queen bed and twin bed, upstairs bedroom has queen bed. Linens, towels, blankets provided. Off street parking for 3 cars.

This place is PERFECT for every vacation need! Well stocked, laundry onsite, gorgeous views, ample parking, a private home with easy access to both the beach during the day, and the nightlife later on in the day! And our 7 month old Great Dane was very happy there too!

We loved our stay here! The house is great -- updated but still has charm and personality. The multiple decks are definitely the highlight of the property. We loved the open floor plan in the main living area while still having plenty of options for our space. Outdoor shower was great for the pup coming back from the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Big open, comfy living spaces, the kitchen had everything we could want, the knives were sharp, the decks (all three!) were awesome, and the hvac worked perfectly. Plenty of plugs for our chargers and gadgets, too. Very quiet spot. Karen is a wonderful host!

Excellent stay

Had an excellent stay. Beautiful and spacious home and a short walk to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property to people visiting the area.

Gorgeous quiet home

Stayed the whole week with some friends and the house was so pretty, clean and well stocked. Nice little quiet neighborhood but a very simple bike ride into the heart of town. Will definitely be staying here again.

Heaven in the trees

This property is the perfect retreat for small groups to enjoy a vacation together. The house had everything you could possibly need; was clean; and the outside decks were wonderful. We will be back!

The house was more than we could have imagined and provided the perfect base for two weeks in P'twon. Great location in the West End and the house itself is situated in the trees so very private. Karen and Jeff have thought of every need - from beach towels and paraphernalia to bikes, binoculars and a well appointed kitchen. We particularly loved the outdoor shower after the beach and the fireplace on chilly mornings! But we were also impressed at all the little details they thought of. Everything we needed was already stocked at the house - from soap to paper products to an extra propane tank for the gas grill - everything we needed was there. They are great hosts and we will definately rent this property again.

Great house for relaxing and entertaining!

This split-level house is great for relaxing and entertaining. The large living room and deck on the top floor is at tree-top level and offers a glimpse of the ocean. It is comfortably furnished for up to six people. The middle deck has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and is ideal after a day at the beach. The lower deck off the bedroom is perfect for morning coffee or reading. The house is interesting architecturally and has beautiful woodwork and stonework to enjoy. A great find!

we had a wonderful time. House had everything you could need, even bikes and beach chairs. Walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops.. Owners are super responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time we've stayed here!

This place was so great the first year that we came back a second year! The living room and decks are so accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need! The beds are comfortable, AC works perfectly, and the best added feature this year was the outdoor rinse shower for beach days. The whole family is eagerly anticipating another return trip next summer!!

Our stay was fabulous! The house was very clean, cozy and made it very easy to relax. The kitchen/living room/dining room area was an awesome space that allowed us to cook and socialize with one another. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. I would go back in a second! We were so sad to leave!

Provincetown family get-away

This property was even better than described. Sitting in the living room we felt we were sitting among the forest, and yet downtown Commercial street and the ocean were minutes away. The beds were super comfy, loved the extra big bathtub and I was so excited when I found that the toilets had bidet attachments. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We will definitely rent this home again.

Incredible house in stunning setting

We loved everything about the house. The property is beautiful and offers many different spaces in which to relax inside and out, while also offering the privacy and serenity of overlooking nothing but trees. We had all the conveniences we needed and more. We particularly appreciated being able to use the four bikes in the garage. Access to the center of town is quick and easy on foot and by bike. Thank you for a fantastic week in P’town!

Great house

Very clean, very well stocked! Only complaint is third bedroom does not have an bathroom on the same floor. Ended up giving 2 of our friends a discount on what they paid for their share due to lack of bathroom Would stay again, just with 4 people instead of six. Host was very responsive

Beautiful, Comfortable House on a Peaceful Street!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The pics don't do it justice and it's so much bigger in person! The home was furnished and stocked with all the essentials you could need, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, beach towels, tons of deck space, a garage with two house bikes, Large TV's with roku for your days when you wanna just chill. Spacious large comfy couch in the living room and I have to say the bed in the Master was incredibly comfortable, so soft and with great pillows as well which is something you don't normally expect in a vacation home but I slept like a baby. Nice big shower with great water pressure. Love the openness of the kitchen and living room, and the huge windows, the house really gets some amazing light. You can even see out towards the ocean from the top deck. Coming up the street at night is amazing, we had perfectly clear skies all week and its dark enough at night you could see so many stars when you look up, so quiet and peaceful , and the location is great, quick 3 min bike ride to commercial street. Thanks for having us as your guests, you have such a great home!!

P-town in the Fall

We rented this home for a month and had an amazing visit. The house was perfect, from location to size and amenities. Given we were there for a month I most appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is and the high end appliances. I highly recommend this home.

This late century modern single family sits atop a dune with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding conservation area woods It is set in a peaceful oasis within 1.3 miles of Provincetown center and top-rated Herring Cove Beach. The top floor of the house is a hexagon shape and encircles a field stone chimney with a working fireplace in the center. The high ceilings are finished in wood. The kitchen and living room are on this level and open to a large sunny deck. The lower level has two large bedrooms which open to a shared deck. Two full baths are on this level, one en-suite in the primary bedroom. The third bedroom is on the upper level off the dining area. The main entrance is a sunny room with slider to the landing deck and houses a comfortable seating area and large TV.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home offers quiet and privacy yet is close to beaches, activities and town. The picture windows offer ocean view, night time star gazing, daytime bird watching, warmth from the sunlight filling the room. The hexagon shaped upstairs has high ceilings creating a spacious and cozy feeling. Central to this space is a rounded rock chimney with a built-in Lopi fire stove for chilly evenings and warming ambience, and relaxing.

We include 4 bikes and helmets with two bike locks in the garage for our guests to use. Six beach chairs and a Bubba beach umbrella are for guests to use at the beach.
