The Space:

From the moment you walk up to the front door, the stunning views of the tide pools and the sea greet you. The centerpiece of the main floor is the kitchen—both beautiful and highly functional. A huge SubZero refrigerator and separate freezer column, three sinks for easy cleanup, and double islands make prepping family meals a breeze. The 36” Wolf induction range makes cooking a pleasure, and the kitchen comes fully stocked with lobster utensils, bakeware, plates, glasses, and everything else you might need. A separate scullery/pantry houses a second large sink, an additional dishwasher, a small oven for large meals, and ample food storage space.



The main kitchen island seats up to four, perfect for chatting while you cook, and the nearby table seats eight with breathtaking views out the front windows. Just beyond, the dining room offers a large table for ten or more and opens to the outdoors through 16-foot double sliding glass doors. Here, you can enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves from the covered patio. Outside, guests can play bocce ball or badminton on the lawn, or head just a few steps down to the semi-private pebble beach. During the winter months, outdoor furniture is stored for the season and not available for guest use.



Inside, everyone can spread out across two living rooms. The main living area features a custom sectional and cozy chairs, perfect for watching a movie on the smart TV beside the gas fireplace, or enjoying a nightcap with an ocean view. Upstairs, the second floor boasts an additional living area offering a 65” smart TV, a couch and chairs, a wet bar with beverage fridge, and a game table stocked with games and puzzles—ideal for rainy afternoons. Glass sliding doors provide privacy, and this space opens to a large upper deck with striking views and comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails.



The best part about The Tidepools is its location. At high tide, the sound of crashing waves fills every room in the house. The semi-private beach offers peace and quiet, while the tide pools out front keep kids happily exploring for hours. Walk just half a mile to Short Sands Beach for a day on the sand, or take a short drive to Dunne’s Ice Cream and the Nubble Lighthouse for a family outing. You’ll also find plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, plus the famous Goldenrod—perfect for a sweet treat of saltwater taffy.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 6 private bedrooms, five of which offer incredible ocean views.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a sitting area with one chair, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, one chair, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a tub shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a shared separate bathroom with bedroom #5, with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #5 includes 2 queen size beds.



Bedroom #6 includes 3 sets of twin XL-over-twin XL bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a trough sink with 3 faucets and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes 2 half bathrooms.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· This home does not presently have a BBQ grill.

· There are two Washer and Dryers in the home.

· Kid friendly! A high chair, booster seat, Pack N Play (2) are available for your convenience.

· The following beach equipment is provided: beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, and beach tent.

· A bocce and badminton set is also available for guest use.

· Driveway parking for 5 vehicles.

· Please note there is an owner’s suite above the garage that is locked and not for guest use.

· This home is equipped with 5 external security cameras:

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front porch/driveway,

o (2) located at the back left corner of the home and actively monitoring the back deck.

o (3) located at the back right corner of home covering lawn and opposite side of patio.

o (4) located at the garage, covering driveway and Central Ave.

o (5) located at the garage, covering back side of house and front lawn.
