Hwy 79 meet) we are very convenient to all the main
attractions and favorite spots in Panama City Beach.

* Our beautiful beach front 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse features a new
king size bed in each bedroom with its own private bath.
* There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The third bedroom does not have a TV. *The master and upstairs guest do have a TV.
* All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
* There are fans located throughout the house for very hot weather in June, July and August.
* The Master bath features a whirlpool tub and skylight.
* The main floor has a full bath, beautiful kitchen, dining area and living room with a queen sleeper sofa.
* There is an automatic dehumidifier located in the AC closet. Please do not adjust or attempt to move it.

* This is a nonsmoking unit - both inside and on the deck. Please do now smoke in this unit.

* The neighbors have cats, so please do not bring them into the beach house. We have family who are highly allergic.

* Deck and patio furniture complete with umbrella
and a gas grill.
* Anything under the deck has been left by renters and can be used.

The new Pier Park shopping area is one mile away. Pier
Park has many boutiques, restaurants and many
children's activities. It also includes a movie theater,
Margaritaville and Dillards.

The Hombre Championship 27-hole golf course is just
a few minutes away. Cinema 10 movie theaters, Gulf
World, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Goofy
Golf, Panama City Beach Pier (for Fishing) Winn Dixie,
Publix, Super Wal-Mart are all close-by.

Linens and towels are provided, as well as a full size
washer and dryer (so you can
pack light and toss the kids clothes in the washer).
The kitchen is completely furnished with anything and
everything you need to feel right at home. Or, if you
aren't in the mood to cook, you're just minutes away
from Panama City's most famous restaurants. The
living room and two bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, including HBO.
The living room has a new flat screen TV that is great for movies or sports.

The townhouse is beautifully updated.
You'll never want to leave, it's a little piece of
Heaven here on earth in Panama City Beach.
