Beautiful Private Villa with pool, sea views & 1 minute walk to beach.

Beautiful villa overlooking the Aegean Sea with pool, various balconies, BBQ area and a 1-minute walk to the beach. The house has two wings, each with its own kitchen, so it is the perfect place for a large group or two families to holiday together.

This large villa has two wings, each with its own kitchen, sharing the living room, main balcony and pool area. Part 1 of the house is slightly more spacious and has 1 single bedroom with own balcony and bathroom in the upper side of the house next to the kitchen. (Both kitchens are fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans and cutlery as well as dishwasher). Downstairs you can find two double bedrooms opposite each other (one of them with a high quality new sofa bed) sharing a bathroom. One further short flight down you will find the master bedroom which opens to the pool and has its own large bathroom which also contains a washing machine. Part 2 of the house contains an identical kitchen which also has a large freezer, a large room with desk and sofa with own balcony which can be used as an office next to a large bathroom containing washer and dryer. A further flight down are a large double bedroom opposite a room with a double bed, as well as small bathroom. The double bedroom opens to the pool. At the very bottom is another large bedroom which opens up to the garden, with another large bathroom.
Please note that the all floors are made of marble and there are no carpets. There are a lot of stairs in the house so please be aware of this if you have small children.

All bedrooms have AC.

Outside of the house you have a large pool area with lounge chairs, a large eating area as well as a BBQ. There are luscious gardens that surround the house. You will also find many small nooks and areas from where you can enjoy the views, over a meal or glass of wine.

The house is less than a 1 minute walk from Kanapitsa Beach which has an excellent taverna and bar on the water, a rental place for water sport gear, as well as a dock from which you can take a very convenient and cheap taxi boat into town every hour in the morning and again in the late afternoon and evening. This is an ideal way to get to town for a visit or dinner without having to worry about driving or taking a taxi.

We would recommend renting a car to explore the island’s many beaches and to get to things like supermarkets and restaurants.

The house is situated on a small hill, allowing for amazing views of the ocean on both sides of the house. The hill is the perfect place for morning runs or afternoon walks from where spectacular views can be enjoyed from many viewpoints. There are 2 available parking spots outside of the house, available to be used by occupants of the villa.

Please note that this house has been in our family for over 30 years and is much cherished. We have various personal belongings in the house such as books, cds, etc which you may borrow during your visit.
