Located just steps from the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block from Main Street, this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condominium offers the ultimate convenience, putting you within walking distance of everything Breckenridge has to offer.

This 2-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The living room features ample seating with two cozy couches, perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace while watching your favorite DVD movie. If you prefer to unwind with a good book, the inviting open layout ensures comfort and warmth, making it the perfect spot for relaxation after a day of adventure.

The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, wood cabinets, and all the essential appliances including a coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the rustic wood dining table that seats six, or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, which accommodates four.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with comfortable bedding and rustic wood accents, plus a private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Captain's bunk (twin over full), and an updated bathroom nearby. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. For extra sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper.

Step outside onto the private balcony, the perfect retreat for quiet moments to soak in the surrounding beauty.

Additional amenities include a stackable washer and dryer, a desk with high-speed internet access, and underground parking with an elevator to the unit. Guests will enjoy access to an on-site outdoor hot tub, a common area courtyard with a grill and picnic table, and the New Upper Village Pool Complex, featuring indoor/outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, and a sun-tanning area.

Great location!

Sundowner II was perfect for our family. Walked many times to town- centrally located! Free ride bus stop right across the street to ride to lifts.

Everything was perfect. Just a few simple things is all :)A couple of new non stick fry pans and a medium size sauce pan.Master bedroom sink drainage issue. Other than that.. awesome!!! Thank you

Great stay!

This place was wonderful! Perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, had everything we needed right there. Location was perfect for walking downtown and just a short drive to the grocery store. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay in breckenridge! Thank you!

Perfect location

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

Great Location

We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

Awesome stay

The property was great and a perfect location. Loved the upper village pool. Only suggestion I have would be the lack of gas grill and the knives are all super dull. Other than that, all was great!

Well maintained property. Looks just like property pictures on website. Short walk to River Center and downtown shops and activities. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Would stay at this property again.

Perfect fit for our family vacation

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

Cute cozy condo

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

Short getaway to Breck

We had a great time during our short stay in Breck in this condo. The condo was roomy, clean and well furnished. Our only complaint was there weren't any board games nor any condiments (even salt/pepper). But other than that, the stay was great!

Cozy, convenient condo

Condo was nice. We had a few minor issues that no one was able to fix for us - i.e. fireplace not working, lightbulbs burnt out outside

We're glad Sam enjoyed the condo! We were never contacted about any maintenance issues, but we can confirm that the fireplace is currently working and we will replace the lightbulb outside ASAP!

A relaxing vacation experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large, 2 floor vacation home. The cozy gas fireplace put us to sleep after long days on the slopes! Parking garage with elevator provided easy access to car (which was not needed much given how easily we could walk to town). Free ride bus stop is literally out front of the building, which took us straight to the snowflake lift (otherwise a short uphill walk) or beaver run. Beds comfortable, easily sleeps 4, and could sleep a few extras on downstairs couch. No complaints whatsoever! We will return!

No hot water, no lights what so ever I’m up stairs bathroom. Talked to manager 5 times, No help acting like forget we talked about the day before.

Unfortunately, the breaker was tripped on one of the days of your stay, causing a brief power outage that was isolated to the upstairs bathroom. We are glad that our maintenance tech was able to reset the breaker while you were out that day, restoring the power. Everything was functional upon arrival and resolved within hours of being reported to us.

It’s conveniently located to the slopes, bus stop and to town. We moved our car once to travel to Vail, really no need for a car. My boys walked to Snowflake to start their day and I walked into town to start mine :)We had to call management once about something very minor and they were out within a few hours. Great service. The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family of five. If I was FORCED to say something negative, I’d have to say the pot and pans were lacking (no large skillet for eggs or pancakes). But this wouldn’t stop us from coming back!
