To ensure a safe and secure experience for both our hosts and guests, I require a guest verification process through Truvi. Truvi is simply a risk-management partner that helps hosts verify their guests and protect their property. For you, it should mean a smoother, more trusted stay with extra clarity if anything unexpected happens. After booking, you will receive a text message with a link to complete the verification process through Truvi. As part of this process, you’re required to pay a $10 damage protection fee via Truvi to complete the verification process. This step must be completed as soon as possible or latest prior to check-in to secure your reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation. IMPORTANT:
NO PARTIES with unregistered guests allowed. Failure to comply will result in the immediate eviction of you, and all guests, and the termination of your reservation, without refund. You will be reported to VRBO.

Please be advised that the utilization of the pool, hot tub, and kayaks on this property is at your own risk. The host assumes no legal responsibility or obligation for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur while using these amenities. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and adhere to all safety guidelines and rules provided on the premises.

The garage is a half a garage that will be locked. It is Not to be used by guests. A vehicle does not fit in the garage. All parking is out front of the house and the side pavers if needed. Shed in the backyard will remain open if you need extra storage.

CANAL INFO:
Low tide gets as low as 1 foot. Please be mindful of this when launching/loading the kayaks. Don’t leave the kayaks in the canal unattended which may cause damage or loss of the kayaks. Damaged or lost kayaks will be charged an additional charge to the guest. Please secure up on the kayak racks after use. The closest sandbar. Kayaks (45 minutes). Beach access by vehicle (13 minutes).
Electric vehicle (EV) charging at the residence is not available due to potential breaker tripping. Fortunately, the nearest EV charging station is just a quick 4-minute drive away.

Guests will have the entire property. Limited ocean access with 2 kayaks at the property. Wifi, keyless entry. Long stay guests can book a maid service cleaning during their stay as well as an auto cleaning service at your door. Paid by guests.

Trash pick up is Wednesday’s and Saturdays.

Lawn serviced twice a month in the winter time and once a week in the summer.

Boat lift will not be operational and can’t be used by any guests on the property.
