Lannie's and Marley's is an adorable 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home on the Intracoastal Waterway. Newly Renovated in 2022. Steps from the Pelican Club and all the popular restaurants of the Inlet District. Perfect location for guests in town for a wedding at the Pelican Club or Jupiter Beach Resort. Lannieā€™s Cottage and Marleyā€™s Surf Shack are uniquely laid out offering two separate spaces in one. Lannie's Cottage has been updated with a new kitchen, all new furnishings from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and Serena and Lily. The 1950's cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms that include two king beds and two extra-long twin beds finished with Pottery Barn linens to ensure a great night's sleep. The terrazzo floors and the retro pink and green bathrooms represent a bit of nostalgia blended with today's modern conveniences. The cottage has a living room and a family room each with a large flat-screen smart tv and an indoor and outdoor bar so that you can enjoy your favorite cocktail. Attached to Lannie's Cottage is Marley's Surf Shack. With its own separate entrance, it's perfect for extended family or friends to share. Marley's is a throwback with a retro laid-back feel that is decorated with quality furnishings with a modern 70's vibe. The two-bedroom space has one king and one queen bed, a living room with a large screen smart tv, an efficiency-type kitchen, and one full bath. Lannie's and Marley's share a beautiful backyard that is landscaped to feel like a tropical oasis. In the morning, sip your coffee under the covered patio while enjoying the views on the Intracoastal. In the evenings, sit back and relax on the Adirondack chairs and take in the captivating sunsets. On chilly night, warm up around the wood burning fire pit. Two outdoor park-style grills are provided on the property for a family barbeque. Kayak from your backyard using our two complimentary kayaks. Located right in the center of it all. Walk to all the popular restaurants and bars; Guanabanas, Utiki, Jetty's, Square Grouper, Topside, Lucky Shuck, Charlie and Joe's, Schooners, 1000 North, and The Pelican Club. Visit the local coffee shop, ice cream shop, mini-golf, or Blue Line Surf Shop just across the street. Walk or bike to the beach located just one mile to the south. Harbourside and Publix Grocery are just around the corner. Burt Reynolds boat park, located one mile from the house, is very convenient with easy access in and out of the water. There is ample parking for you to park your boat and trailer in the front yard. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is the most thoughtfully stocked/furnished and well kept property I have seen. We were in Jupiter for a wedding and had plenty of space for my Dad and our 3 grown sons. We enjoyed the kayaks! If we are called to this area again we would stay again, no doubt.

Old Florida Charm Modern Luxury in an Unbeatable Location

Our family just returned from a week-long stay in Jupiter for our daughterā€™s wedding at The Pelican Club and we're already dreaming of our next visit to this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by this absolutely adorable property.The description doesn't lie ā€“ the location is unbeatable! We loved being able to walk to the beach in the morning and all the amazing restaurants and bars like Guanabanas, Utiki, Schooners, Square Grouper and Jetty's. It made every evening feel like a special outing, and not once did we have to worry about parking. This property is a luxurious escape. We slept incredibly well! The retro pink and green bathrooms added such a fun, nostalgic touch without sacrificing any modern convenience. Having both a living room and a family room meant plenty of space for everyone to relax.Additionally, Marleyā€™s Surf Shack provided a private space for our daughter on her wedding week. Our host Leayne was super helpful with recommendations. Whether you are in town for a wedding at the Pelican Club or simply seeking a family getaway, Lannieā€™s is the place to be. Itā€™s a unique gem that offers the best of Jupiter.

Wedding Party

House was perfect for bridal party. Location was ideal for Pelican Club wedding, Guanabanas Welcome Dinner, Dubois Park Brunch and late nights at Square Grouper. Never needed to venture out of the neighborhood. Cottages were adorable, well stocked and comfortable. The yard was paradise. We had no complaints!

Beautiful Home, Prime Location

Lannieā€™s and Marleyā€™s is a gem. Both spaces are beautifully designed with lots of comfortable areas and a beautiful outdoor area. The location is ideal; easily walkable to the beach and great restaurants, and a short drive to other Jupiter attractions. Leayne was an impeccable host, welcoming, helpful and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Gathering Place

We were in Jupiter for my niece's wedding at the Pelican Club and Lannie's place was the perfect location and a wonderful place to chill after the wedding festivities. We stayed with our adult children and their girlfriends (a total of 7 of us), and it was so nice that they could have their own space in the Surf Shack.The photos don't do it justice. There really is a decent amount of space for a large group. And the backyard is absolutely beautiful. We just wish we had more time just to chill and enjoy the view. We did use the fire pit after the wedding which was so nice. And we always enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house is pretty well stocked as far as the kitchen basics, and the kitchen had all of the pans and utensils we needed. The house is in walking distance of several great restaurants - we frequented Guanabanas quite often! Before arriving, we were a little concerned that the home is tucked behind a boat storage lot, but you can barely tell it is there, and it is a very safe area. We did run into a couple of hiccups during our stay, but the owners were quick to take care of everything. Even when the Wi-Fi went out in the surrounding community, they offered to let our adult son use their office to complete his work. My only suggestion is if you are there for a wedding, you may want to bring an extra mirror. We had a lot of women getting ready at once, so we could have used one more mirror in the Surf Shack. We definitely hope to return soon!

Fantastic property

This home exceeds all expectations!!! First the owner doesnā€™t miss a detail! She is in close contact at all times and has equipped this property with everything you might need and more! The home is clean and well appointed. The decorations are just perfect. The grounds are soo pretty too. We didnā€™t want to leave this piece of paradise. Great spot, great host!

The property was perfect for our family wedding in the area. With five bedrooms, we were able to host our entire family, including grandchildren. The location was central everything for our event and even much more. The park, The ice cream shop, the coffee shop, putt putt, golf, the beach, and everything else.

Amazing house and hosts!

My family and I stayed here for my brotherā€™s wedding weekend. It was the perfect house for an incredible weekend. Our host was extremely attentive, communicative, and nice. She was very accommodating and went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The side house was super convenient and spacious. The house was extremely comfortable and clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the outside area and fire pit. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay xx

Girls trip!

Awesome property! Located in a great location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kayaks and access to the water were so easy and so enjoyable! Loved the outdoor spaces as well - bar, dining table and fire pit with outdoor seating made it so comfortable to take advantage of the great Florida weather. Thank you Leayne!

Another excellent stay!

This is the second year we rented this beautiful house for our kids and grandkids visit and it did not disappoint! Thankfully the weather was beautiful and did not rain every day like last year! Wonderful family gathering at Jupiter

Our family gathered at Lannieā€™s cottage for a family wedding close by . The house was spacious , beautifully decorated, and the neighborhood was walkable. Lots of restaurants close by. We walked to the beach every day.. The house had everything we needed..
