GUEST ACCESS
• Keyless Entry -Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door
• Full access to the entire property & private pool
• Full access to resort amenities, including pools, lazy river, clubhouses, gym, & arcades and more.
•Pool / spa heating for the pool at the house is available for a fee of $40 per day a 3 day minimum. It must be requested & paid for either at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your arrival to allow time to heat.

•We have a firm check-in time at 4PM

Other things to note
Important Information:
• Guest Identification: All guests must provide a valid photo ID and confirm the full names of all guests who will be driving into the community. Security at the front gate requires this information and guests will need to present a matching ID to enter.
• IDs must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. QR code for gate entry will be emailed to the email address you provide.
• Failure to provide IDs may result in inability to access the neighborhood or cancellation of the reservation without notice or refund.

Occupancy Limits:
•This property has a strict 24-hour occupancy limit. The number of guests you select at time of booking is the total amount of guests allowed on the property at all times. No unauthorized guests. Over-occupancy will result in eviction without refund!!! NO PARTIES! No Pets.
Guests MUST be at least 25 Years old to book.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired supplies. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. We will provide a starter kit which includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, 1 bar of soap per bathroom, 1 small bottle of dish soap, 1 small bottle of laundry soap, 3 dishwasher tablets, and a sponge. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during your stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, broom, mop, mop bucket, dustpan, iron, and ironing board for your use.
