Located in "South O" but conveniently close to Downtown Oceanside we are just walking distance to some of the best restaurants and cafes in Oceanside! As well as just a 10 minute walk away from the strand which takes you directly into the city. Everything from food to the drinks, you can come enjoy it all!

Welcome to your newly redesigned first-floor suite, perfect for your next coastal getaway. Thoughtfully furnished with style and comfort in mind, this two-bedroom, one-bath rental includes:

Full kitchen with gas stove, electric microwave, and all essentials

King Suite with plush bedding, mounted TV, and plenty of space to unwind

Queen Suite for extra comfort

Sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space

70” Smart TV in the living area for movie nights

Fresh linens, pillows, bath towels, and all the necessities provided

The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is stocked with clean towels and toiletries.
A private washer/dryer is located on the back patio for your convenience.

Situated in the charming South O neighborhood, you’re just steps from the sand and walking distance to Oceanside’s best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and parks.

10-minute walk to The Strand, leading directly into Downtown Oceanside

Short drive north to Downtown Oceanside’s vibrant waterfront

Short drive south to charming Downtown Carlsbad

Wake up to the salty ocean air, walk to the beach, bike along the coast, or take a dip in the Pacific — this location has it all.

Good to Know:

This property has multiple units, including long-term rentals. Please respect quiet hours (9PM–9AM) and the maximum guest count.

This suite is located just in front of the local train tracks. However, since August 2023, a city ordinance has reduced horn noise, but under certain weather conditions, trains may still sound warnings.

As this is a charming older beach town building, you may hear neighbors from time to time.

House Rules:

No parties, events, or large gatherings

No smoking inside or outside

Primary renter must be 21+

Quiet hours: 9PM–9AM

No refunds for early check-out

Cleaning Protocol:

Before each stay, all surfaces — including counters, handles, kitchenware, and bath areas — are disinfected with Lysol products. Linens, towels, and toiletries are freshly laundered and restocked. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.

Parking:

Parking space directly outside the of garage L.

On the 2nd and 4th Mondays before 10AM, park inside the garage to avoid street sweeper tickets

Washer/dryer on back patio (private)
