EXPERIENCED HOST with MULTIPLE locations - also see #3875762. Newly refurbished in 2021, Villas on the Gulf, Unit F6, offers everything you need to enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway. The unit is conveniently located in the middle of the complex and overlooks the pool and clubhouse area from its balcony. The balcony stairs lead directly to the pool and offer the closest access of any two bedroom unit on the property. Each day you can choose to stay inside or step down the balcony stairs to the pool, the beach (less than 100 yards walk through the Villas property) or to the trolley stop conveniently located at the property entrance.

The unit is a fresh and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath condo which sleeps up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The living room has comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool, club house and lagoon. The in-unit wireless internet assures all your guests can remain in contact with others as desired. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, and a flat screen TV. There is one full bath connecting the bedrooms and a half bath in the hallway. A laundry facility is on-site in the complex, one building over.

The unit is on the top level of condos with an enclosed stairwell and reserved covered parking for your vehicle. The lagoon is adjacent the building and is home to several ducks, occasional swans, turtles and other water loving birds. Children and adults alike enjoy feeding the ducks from the gazebo.

Guests are encouraged to make each day their own masterpiece and come visit one of the best unspoiled beaches in the USA!

The unit is a great place for families, friends, snowbirds, or a romantic getaway. Pets are NOT allowed in the unit. This is a SMOKE FREE rental unit, has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for the tenant and he/she must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation.

Wonderful location, lovely condo

We've stayed in this condo twice and love the proximity to the pool and the wonderful beach. Plenty of room, clean, nice furnishings. Overall a perfect place to stay!

Perfect location

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great. The beach was never crowded here and we were close enough to all the action when we wanted. We rode the free trolley in every night for dinner. Had a great stay, loved this town and will be coming back.

Perfect Place

This was a perfect place for my family to stay for our visit to Pensacola Beach. The nearness to the beach was awesome, and the unit was just right. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and we loved the layout. We definitely plan to return.

Clean & Well Maintained!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool view from the balcony and appreciated the short walk to the beautiful beach! We definitely plan to stay at this property again in the future!

We loved our stay! Perfect location to town, our room had direct access to the pool and very short walking distance to the beach.The room was very clean except some very small issues with food/trash on the floor, if I’m being extremely picky. Overall, very clean. If I had to suggest any improvements, I would say that entry to the complex, locating our building and unit could be better. Signage on buildings would make it much easier to find, especially if arriving after dark. Our host was exceptionally kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning for future visits, no desire to look at any other properties!!!

Relaxing Escape

We’ve had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. The apartment was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was perfect, close to the beach and right opposite the swimming pool. Clear instructions for check-in provided. Adding a washer/dryer in the unit would be a great addition and investment, because cleanliness and functionality, on-site laundry is questionable.

PEACE AND QUIET

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean very quiet and great location and easy walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't care for was it was listed with washer/dryer (which it has a laundry mat) but not the same so I could not wash regularly which is really important to me at the beach so if this would of been a 7 night stay I probably would of never went again. I would definitely stay here again and appreciated owners reaching out to let me know information of blue angels passing on beach and the homey feel of this precious little gem.

Relaxing

The pool, deck, and available restroom were not to the cleanliness standards we are accustomed to. The pool restroom was out of toilet paper for two days and was very dirty. The laundry room was disgusting.

This was exactly what our family of 5 needed!

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. We’ve rented a few on the island and this had the easiest checkin/checkout by far. We have 3 children- two teens and a toddler and I honestly really enjoyed all of us being in such a small space together for the week. Lots of memories made. I feel like we are pros at bringing anything we need but the condo truly had everything we could have needed kitchen wise. Make sure to bring quarters for laundry, it’s 2 per load of wash and dry (so 4 for one load of laundry). The walk to and from the beach was easy. The rooms had amazing black out curtains. And the price was affordable. Honestly. We had a fantastic time! Zero complains!

Girls Beach Bash 2024

Myself, my sister, my daughter, and her best friend stayed a few days at this condo. We absolutely loved that the pool is steps away and the beach access is yards away down the sidewalk. Very conveniently located, we actually were able to watch the blue angels practice show right from the front balcony on the last day of our stay which was an awesome added bonus!! Kitchen is truly situated to cook a real meal while on a trip or a vacation and that was most definitely a plus with teenagers in tow. We all know that teens can find just about any reason to complain about something but this trip there was absolutely no chance to have anything to complain about because they stayed entertained and actually left their phones in the condo for an entire day while exploring town and catching the trolley right outside the entrance of the complex making it a breeze to get around for FREE!! So many great memories made and we cannot wait to visit again soon!

Relaxing and quiet

We have stayed in this location for the past 2 years; our family loves the location and the view to the pool. This is one of our favorite places to stay. We can't wait to return.

Great Fit for 6

Great condo setting and set-up. Our family of 6 had no issues and felt comfortable and in a great location for a beach week. The condo was clean and uncluttered which made us feel at ease and it was just a short walk to the beach which was nice. The only thing I'd mention, to save some headache on future renters is if you plan to do laundry, take plenty of quarters with you. $1.75 (in quarters) per load to wash and per load to dry ($3.50 to do a full cycle) and the change machine in the condo set is broken. The industrial size washers and dryers did fine though once we gathered enough quarters to get the machines going. However, it was an overall great stay and we'd try to return in the future if possible. Thanks, KJ

Great Condo close to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The place was very clean and the community was very quiet and safe, which is the most important thing for us. The walk to the beach was so short and my 3 year old daughter loved being so close to the pool as well. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend to any family or friends visiting Pensacola.

Everything was perfect

Jennifer & Wes’ property is beautiful! Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare your meals. Having the pool directly across the unit was convenient & a beautiful view to see while drinking morning coffee on the balcony. The beach was just a quick 5 minute walk through the community, which made the experience that more amazing! This was my family’s first time ever to Pensacola, and we can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. When we come back we will definitely plan on staying here again!

Awesome unit next to Pensacola Beach

The unit was clean and had all we needed for a beach getaway. Kitchen fully equipped. Parking is convenient below the unit. Beach is <2min away by foot, even with young children. Thank you for the great stay! And also the thoughtful beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days.
