Location, location, location! This beautiful apartment has been decorated to a home cozy feel. Newly done oversize balcony has most spectacular view on the Gulf and Beach, so you can enjoy watching sun rays shining on the water while having a romantic dinner. Just 3 min. walking distance to the beach and 3 min walking distance to the center of Siesta Village, with all restaurants, bars, live music , shopping, biking and more.
This very spacious 3 bedroom apartment was renovated for our guests with every thought of detail for what you might need while you stay with us. New furniture, fresh paint, new fresh sheets and towels. Fully supplied kitchen.
We just finished renovating downstairs huge decking and entire landscaping. It is great place to invite some of your friends as this area is for use of our tenants only.
We get 100% satisfaction from our guests!

Siesta Key has 8 miles long beach with unique white powder sand, and you get to be almost right on the beach to get most of it!
We believe in helping others, and we donate a percentage of every booking into Southeastern Guide Dogs. Org.

Perfect Location!

Great property, tons of room and amazing view of the water from the top back deck. Well equipped with everything you need. We would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

Amazing location!

The location is great, close to both the beach and village. We loved the ocean view from the patio and dining room. And it was wonderfully clean!

Great location!

A great location and property! Truly convenient space. We spent tons of time on the deck and really enjoyed the large dining space in the kitchen. The queen bedroom had a mattress that was pretty worn so we sunk into it which was a little annoying, but everything was comfortable otherwise. Would recommend for someone looking for a close and convenient stay!! Had all the amenities we needed.

Perfect location in Seista Key

The property was clean and in a great location. Steps from the beach and a block from restaurants and shops. The deck was perfect for lounging when the beach was too cold. The manager responded immediately when we had questions.

Awesome Stay

This condo is very well maintained, has everything you need, and is in a great location. We enjoyed the beautiful deck with a view of the beach, the easy access to the Siesta Key Village, and access to the beach. The management team was always available and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone lookin to visit Sieast Key!

Nice sized condo, great view of the gulf, one block to beach and one block to the village. Condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Fantastic stay in Siesta Key over Xmas break! Apartment was exactly as advertised. 3 big bedroom, big kitchen/dining area and great deck with beach views. Anna was very easy to communicate with. Be aware that there are 2 full flights of stairs - no issue for us, but if you have older family or very young children it could be a challenge.

Perfect Location

This home is a great location for an easy walk to the village and the beach. Its roomy, clean and comfortable and we loved the deck with partial view of the ocean. Its in a quiet area of the village which is always a plus. Host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. There are two sets of stairs to the apartment, each with about 15 steps, so maybe not suitable for young children or adults who have trouble with stairs. We were happy to have stairs for the workout, and to work off all the food we devoured in the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Nice home convenient location

Spacious home for its lots of beds for your large family. There are a lot of stairs so make sure you can grandpa them. Nice that owners have chairs to use just need to provide a wagon to help thanks for letting us stay

Great location!

We had a great time during our stay in Siesta Key. The location is amazing!!! One street away from the beach and one street in the opposite direction away from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony each morning with views of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group. The pictures are accurate. There are steep stairs but that didn’t bother us. We had a small issue with the door lock but thankfully we were able to get the property manager out within 20 minutes to let us in. I highly recommend this property!

Great location.

Fantastic location between the beach and downtown. Walk to everything. It was nice and roomy with nice beds and furniture. It was a little dated though with the last remod prob 30 + years ago, with the kitchen/ dining room floor in really rough shape. Could def use a key pad not an old lock box with old keys. It is a 3rd floor walk up, so prob not great for elderly. Overall a nice space with a nice view.

Perfect location and Great View

Great view of the beach and ocean, wonderful deck to hang out on or nap. Great sheets and beds (this is huge for us). Very clean. Huge washer and dryer!!! Kitchen floor need attention but no big deal. There are a lot of steps to get to 3rd floor but will worth it. The location is incerdible. Easy to beach, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!! Great communication!!

Adult Winter Vacation

We loved the location. Short walk to the stores, restaurants and bars in the village and short walk to the beach. The apartment was nicely laid out for 6 adults even with the twin beds. (Some couples don't mind. Especially if one of them snore!) Everything we needed was already there. The balcony had lots of seating and a great view of the Ocean. It also blocked the wind on some of the cooler windy days allowing you to still enjoy the sunshine.

Great Location!Nice View. Sunsets from the deck!!!

Great Location in the Village. Close to beach. Sunset views! The deck has a Birdseye view of the water. If it's windy you can hear the Gulf. One thing which is a concern if you are older or disabled there is 40 steps to the unit. Very steep and narrow. We were in our 60's and a little nervous going down. I was going to post a pic but it didn't allow it.

Location, location, location

The location of this spot can't be beat. It's two short blocks away from the beach and is about three blocks from the main strip where all of the restaurants are located. It was very convenient for our family! The property was VERY clean and also very spacious. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the flooring in the kitchen is falling apart. Since we were already aware of this based upon the prior reviews, it didn't bother us. We were there during Spring Break, which made for a busy time in Siesta Key. We had college students staying in the unit below us, which made for some noisy neighbors, but we weren't inside that often.

Location is great

If you’re looking for a unit that is close to all the action and the beach, this location is great. The unit is spacious and works well for 4-6 people. But—the unit needs updating—especially the kitchen and kitchen floor which is breaking apart. And the STEPS are a real bummer when carrying heavy suitcases or groceries. I’ve noticed they are increasing the price fairly significantly next year. I don’t feel it warrants the price they are asking and won’t be returning.

This 3 bedroom apartment have best location on Siesta. We are right in Down Town and almost on the beach, but in the same time located on very quiet , private street., with lots of parking space. This property was our summer home, that we have used for couple of months a year . We loved it , and have lot's of great memories there. We treat this home with a special care. It is always kept updated and clean, as we constantly are redecorating and improving. Entire apartment is very nice furnished and decorated with everything that you possibly will need. Over sized deck right of the kitchen and living room has beautiful view to Gulf of Mexico and Sunset at night. You will love it for a home feel and for the best location on Beach, and in Siesta Town location. We provide all towels , beach towels, sheets, covers, blankets, fully equipped kitchen, all toilet paper and paper towels. We have all beach chairs for your use, and more. We treat our guests with love and respect, and we are available to help you any time.
We have excellent reviews, simply, because we care!

Just 100 yard walking distance to the beach and right in the heart of Siesta Village. Freshly redone, over sized balcony with a loan chairs and view . Large kitchen very well equipped, with dining area , that sits at least 6 people at the table. Beautiful decorated, cozy bedrooms, always with fresh sheets. We just redecorated living room with a fire place , new sectional, wall pictures, new tables and rug . Our priority is for you to feel like at home. We supply you with fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, kitchen fully equipped . Our priority is your safety, clean, comfort, so you can feel like you are home.
Parking in the driveway on the left side assigned for 2 cars. (please leave the center entry to the owners)
