This second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. New for 2024: Fridge, dishes, knives, and rug. There is beautiful professionally cleaned tile throughout the unit, with laminate flooring in the bedrooms, as well as new interior doors and hardware to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with one new queen size bed and one new full size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. There is a king sized bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress with a 55" flat screen Smart TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The lovely spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Air fryer a coffee maker plus a Keurig coffee machine . The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
