Welcome to our home away from home. My wife and I have been vacationing in Hilton Head Island for the last 23 years with our 3 children, and now our grandchildren! We found the Island Club to be very 'family friendly'.

Our Villa is located on the Atlantic Ocean within 1 minute walking distance to the beach. There’s plenty of activities to fill a vacation or if you prefer, a great place to relax and unwind! Our Villa is beautifully decorated and we think you will find it very inviting! Many of our guests return year after year!

Nice condo

The condo is very nice and clean. It has a full kitchen so we were able to cook almost every day. Very close to the beach.

Pleasant stay

The residence was clean with updated bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for me to make breakfast and the appliances were newer. The washing machine and dryer were used multiple times and functioned great while being surprisingly quiet! Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of room. I used the facility gym a few days which was just a short walk from the room, and the beach was just a little farther f a walk. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here, I won’t if given the chance to stay again. Highly recommended.

Brown Summer Vacation 2023

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! The condo was great for our family of four. Beach access was just out the back patio! The mats that they have laid down on the path to the beach makes rolling carts very easy! We looking forward to staying again!

Beach is literally steps aaay

We rented this villa to stay at the beach and run to Savannah one evening for a ball game. It was so much better then my expectations. The beach was literally right there and so much closer then it looked like on the map. There was a pool just across the parking lot as well if you prefer (which we did after a run in with a jelly fish). The resort seems relatively safe, there is a guard at the gate 90% of the time we went thru or you had to use your code to enter the gate. Cameras covering all of the parking lot (which is a plus after our car got broken into at a hotel). My only downfall were a few bug that we found in the condo (not roaches) so might be the time of year but the resort could step up the pest control a tad. We would 100% stay here again if we return to the area! Well stocked kitchen appliances, plenty of towels and available beach chairs and sand toys should you forget!!

Owner would not REPLY

The host, Tony, got my property mixed up with another unit. I tried to communicate with him , but he would not respond. He charged my credit card with extra cleaning fees unnecessarily. I am trying to straighten this matter out, but he kept recharging the card! Help VRBO! Someone respond.

perfect locations

The condo was in a perfect location on the first floor. The decor was beautiful and the condo has a nicely equipped kitchen if you choose to cook. The place was really clean and we appreciated the keyless entry. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable with a TV in each bedroom and in the living room. The porch had a nice view of the lagoon and the ducks visited each morning while I was having coffee, and there is a distant view of the ocean . We had a lovely time. The walk to the beach was short and the pool area was very nice. Also they sell bags of ice in the building right next to the pool.

wonderful stay

beautiful property and very well maintained. owners very helpful short walk to miles of beaches and short walk to a great pool. was great being able to rent bikes from property loved being on the 1st floor.

Awesome property

We visit HH every year and this property was as described. The first floor access to the beach was awesome when you have two small kids. Will look to stay here in the future.

Great Fall Getaway

We had a great getaway. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex was well maintained. It was on the beach, had a great pool and the best grilling area we have seen on our trips. Will definitely come back again.

Quite literally, a bargain at twice the price

The property itself is clean, well appointed, and up to date. Little details e.g., a screen door to the front door, note that the owner is not an absentee landlord. As a first floor unit with convenient parking, it is "easy in, easy out". Approximately 100 years from your front door is a perfect, quiet, private beach. Umbrella rentals are at the ready and the other guests are friendly and collegial. I love the privacy and security of the property itself. Other necessities e.g., groceries, etc., are close at hand.

Great location near the beach

We had a very nice family vacation here. The condo is on the first floor and just a short walk to the beach (you can see the boardwalk from the patio). The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you would need to make any sort of meal. The condo was cozy and welcoming. Sheri was very responsive with scheduling and questions. We'd definitely recommend this property!

Needed break

Location is great! Quick access to beach, bike riding, walking/running and tennis. Quick drives to some amazing restaurants. Not a bad meal any time we went out!! Salty dog Cafe, skull creek and crazy crab all did not disappoint! Hope to return again soon!!

Wonderful vacation spot

We had an amazing time during our week stay! The owner was responsive and quickly answered our questions. The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The condo is very close to the beach and we loved the easy 1st floor access. The bathrooms were beautifully updated! We will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it!

Fantastic beach access

While the condo was great, what will knock you out is the beach access. In about four minutes from leaving the patio, you will be on one of the widest family friendly beaches in the world, no streets to cross. Nearly a dozen tennis courts if that meets your fancy. The unit is well equipped with all the kitchen basics and even double ovens. Plenty of seating and a world class TV. As a first floor unit, it doesn't have a beach view, BUT what it does have is a gated patio, making beach trips with chairs, tents, whatever, the easiest ever. This unit was just about perfect. I have occupied many units at this property, and in all honesty, this one could use a little modernizing, but It was a great unit for the price and offered everything to make our week outstanding. We would definitely come back.

Great for famlies

This was a great place for our little family. The beach and pool were both incredibly close, parking was easy and everything was very clean. The owners had great communication and check in was super simple. We want to stay here again!
