Located in Wears Valley, you are closer to the scenic Cades Cove than almost any other resort in the region, with easy access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg.

Amenities & Entertainment - This home comfortably sleeps eight guests and features a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill. Whether you are looking to unwind or stay entertained, the cabin is fully equipped with:

- Private hot tub and indoor Jacuzzi.
- Game room featuring a pool table and an arcade with 50+ classic games.
- Flat-screen TVs with Rokus in every room and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
- Seasonal access to the Honeysuckle Meadows pool and fishing pond.

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome one medium-sized dog (no cats, please). A pet fee of $110 applies for the first five nights, with an additional $25 per night thereafter. We kindly ask that pets be crated when left unattended. If you wish to bring more than one dog, please contact us for approval and a copy of our full pet policy.

Property Notes To ensure a transparent booking experience, please note the following:

- Water Conservation: The cabin relies on a private well. While the water is safe to drink, we recommend bringing bottled water. During periods of low rainfall, we ask guests to practice water conservation. Please note that hot tub availability may be limited during these times to ensure essential water usage.

- Security: For your safety, the front door is equipped with a security camera. This is the only camera on the premises.

Where do I even begin??? Broken cupboards, dirty oven, broken stove top knob so bunners unuseable, keep in mind this is Thanksgiving week we neen a stive, so we ended up order Thanksgiving Dinner from Publix! Only 1 pool stick, the arcade machine wasn't working, the fire place turned on and off so for safety we chose to keep it off! Several light bulbs were out, ceiling fans could mot be turned on due to the filth when we laid down in bed you could feel the dust bunnies hitting your face so couldn't usethe ceiling fans either

Weekend stay

We live less than a hour away and for a family that doesn’t need to be close to all the attractions this was perfect. It was quiet, clean and worth every penny

Preserve resort cabin

Beautiful cabin with a phenomenal view. Friendly and peaceful area. Dog friendly. Cute bear family in the neighborhood. Takes about 15 minutes to get off the mountain but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby once you get down. Would 100% stay again.

It was a beautiful cabin but could be a little cleaner. Lots of spider webs. Needs some more dish towels and bath towels. Host was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to lock door when we was out of the cabin. We are seniors and the furniture was hard to get out of because the couches were so close to the ground and way to soft. Needs to have a nice easy chair. We had our pet with us and he loved it. Liked looking down from the balconies. Overall was a nice place.

Hubby birthday getaway

Very nice cabin. It was very clean and cozy. Communication with homeowner was excellent ( we had trouble with lock box , we didn’t follow directions, lol) homeowner was quickly able to help us.

Weekend Away

The property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The second bed is in an open loft with the arcade games and pool table. This was not a problem for us but something to be aware of.

Beautiful views from the decks.

Always wonderful time when we stay in the mountains. Cabin was very nice and clean. Only wish the kitchen was a little more stocked for those that like to stay in and cook. But overall we had a good stay.

Great time!

I fell in love with cabin after seeing all of the pictures; it was exactly what i was looking for to celebrate my mine and my wife's anniversary. After I booked the cabin, I started getting a little worried after reading some of the reviews. After checking in, all of the worries were put to rest. It was great. Even though we ended up staying there as the remnants of a tropical storm passed through, we were never bored, and never regretted our stay. There was plenty to do indoors, from the pool table and arcade game to cable and Roku, it was a great stay. We will be back.

Nice cabin that needs some attention to cleaning.

Blinds, air ducts in need of some serious cleaning, blinds all extremely dusty and some just need replacing. Upstairs air ducts filthy, others need some attention. Fan in living room so noisey it was unusable.

Great views

We were able to find it without any trouble The cabin was spacious The couch and love seat were a little worn out and not real comfortable I would suggest maybe putting a grab bar outside the main floor shower for safety getting out of it Also I didn't receive the door code when it was supposed to be sent I had to contact someone and she didn't seem to know much about that. She did give me a code that worked.

Not a good cabin to celebrate your anniversary

The dishwasher was broken, we couldn't use the upstairs bathroom due to a leak. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen so everyone could see right in. The curtains in the bedroom weren't long enough to cover the whole window so you could see outside. I never received our damage deposit back. I've reached out to the owners who won't reply back. Very disappointing and will not ever rent from them again.

No cleaning this time

Our check in was at 4pm. There was a small snow storm that affected area but it did not start til 4pm. No cleaning was complete at this cabin! Our cabin was not clean. Spilled soda on floor, bed not changed/made, dirty towels. The kitchen sink water was on (hot water) full blast. The roads aren’t treated to the Preserve. They do not know how to pre-treat in TN to prevent massive car pile ups on the mountain. Multiple wrecks and blocked roads. We’ve been coming to the Preserve for over 15 years, but we might rethink where we stay next. These cabins cost a lot of money for a week, and we work extremely hard for that money. This situation is unacceptable! I had to clean it before we could stay in it.

Oops, we rented this cabin TOO! ….

Certainly not the beginning of our relaxing weekend as we had hoped... Arriving at 11:00PM to find the cabin, double booked, (“or mistakenly taken by other renters” as the owners said). Having to sit out in our vehicle in the dark, cold and rain with very little cell coverage waiting to get the issue resolved after driving almost 5-hrs following a full-day at work. ☹ I will say that the property caretakers were quick to respond as well as the cabin owners, once we were able to reach them, and very apologetic …. But still a little unnerving to arrive at the cabin you’ve rented to find that others are already bedded down in it. The cabin that they moved us to, Romance in the Clouds, was very lovely and we did enjoy our stay once we were able to finally settle down our nerves and relax a bit. So, in short, I can’t offer a review of this cabin, Enchanted Vista, but I can say that the other cabin (owned by the same folks), Romance in the Clouds, is exceptional; very clean, very neat, and offers lots of space and bonuses such as an arcade video machine, foosball table, along with a pool table and hot-tub located on the upper deck overlooking the mountains.

Was not clean

We were very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the place, which is a big deal for me and my husband when we travel. Especially considering this location was a bit higher priced than others. It was evident that the cleaners did a bare minimum job by providing towels, making beds and having things in place. But upon settling in we began noticing some things that bothered us...The bedsheets had hair in them, the blinds/fans/furniture were noticeably dusty and the tub drain had hair on it. We also found a piece of trash near the bed that was highly unacceptable (will spare the details!!). I messaged the owner first thanking her for the place and then to express my concerns with the cleanliness issues. I attached pictures so she could see. She responded the next day saying she will have her cleaners look into it. She did not offer any kind of refund for the cleaning fees or compensation for the issue. It was really unfortunate because other than the cleanliness issues, the place has a good location and amenities. We just couldn't quite enjoy our whole time there because we were so distracted by the dirtiness.

Make sure you have insurance

So so disappointed in this rental. 1. The rental itself was fine but the issue is they pinned a stained mattress on us when it 100% was not stained by my family. They make you strip the beds before leaving. I took the sheets as well as the mattress pad off to find tons of stains. I was disgusted they let us sleep on that. It was the mattress my husband and I slept on and our dogs were crated the entire time they were there alone. There is no possible way the stains were from our family. But we were blamed. Thank goodness we had insurance and the owners profited off of it instead of the responsible parties. The foozeball table was broken and not playable, the Roku wire was missing, there were bite marks on the blinds that show others were not supervising their dogs. At our arrival there was a fruit snack the previous renters left on the ground obviously the cleaning crew are not thorough. We have rented tons of places and have never had any issues or complaints. If you choose to rent this cabin get the insurance so you’re not responsible when they decide to finally replace something you had no part in damaging. Honestly, it seems they knew we had insurance so they took advantage of it. So disappointing.

My husband and I fell in love with Smokies when we came to visit the first time with my 3 boys and parents. Enchanted Vista gives me the getaway I need from my daily routine and still have my kids with me. We love traveling and vacationing. It might be staying at 5 stars hotels, exploring another country, bag packing adventure trip, or glamping we done it. Smokies is my all time favorite destination because of the smoky mountains and bears in the wilderness. Hiking and relaxing in the hot tub with glass of wine is my favorite thing to do when I am there. Enchanted Vista can have my kids under one roof with me and we still have a nice blend of romantic getaway, outdoor activities, relaxation.

The highest compliment you can give Enchanted Vista, is come visit us again or refer your friend. We would be DELIGHTED!
