Amazing location almost directly on the best part of Mission Beach. Location cannot be beat with short walk to restaurants, a few beach oriented shops, a small (super expensive) convenience/ grocery store. Enjoyed the walk along the miles long boardwalk area and the beach was uncrowded and clean at this time of year.There is also a small park with picnic areas and public bathrooms on the boardwalk. The unit itself has small bedrooms except the spacious master with double closet. Plenty of hangers and wire drawer unit in the closet. The bunk room was very tight but also very clean and nice. There is a small washer dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided. The two bathrooms are good, with some shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Number of towels was very good; beach towels and beach chairs / toys also provided. We did encounter a few maintenance issues and these were addressed well. There is a TV in the living room area and the master bedroom with streaming service connection. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes.Coffee, basic cooking spices provided. Nice shared outdoor area. Propane grill was great. Comfy beds. Downside of this unit is parking. The garage is very tiny, compact car only. Other parking is about two blocks away, restricted on some days/times. Annoying to worry about our nice car in public parking overnight. Restricted ability to explore the surrounding areas. Beach is the real draw here but leave car at home.
