Nice rental close to Beaches

This was a nice property which had enough space and everything we would expect. Great location about 10 min drive from most beaches and a nice shopping center around the corner.

The host was very responsive. The house was as described. Great location to Pinellas trail. Was able to ride bike into downtown easily on the bikes provided with the rental. We had a wonderful time with our first trip to St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute amazing time here. Darion is so helpful and quick to respond. It was such a fun place to stay and we love the backyard area. I love the location and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, coffee and the beach. We enjoyed the trail next to the house. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Cozy cottage

Easy stay close to everything

They made it easy - amenities are taken care of. In walking distance to a trail for a run, coffee, and driving distance to the beach and city life. The backyard was lovely.

Relaxing family home

Beautifully decorated comfortable home. Many extras like a desk to work at and coffee supplied. Back patio perfect for spending time with family. We enjoyed our stay and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Convenient to our friend’s house - walked to Central Ave. House was perfect for our group & pretty backyard area! House has everything we needed for towels, toiletries, extra linens, kitchen appliancesetc. Will be back again!

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday in St. Pete. This was a perfect location and had enough space for all of us. Clean and well appointed all around. Darion was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a long trip

My fiancé and I took our 3 dogs down and worked remote for about 10 days. The Wi-Fi was strong, the dogs were happy, the location was a perfect distance from downtown & the beach. I will definitely be back!!

I’d have to say this was such a cute home. The kids and their friend enjoyed making smores and playing cornhole in the backyard. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. He allowed for a late check-it which we appreciated very much. We’d stay here again!

Our VRBO at this location was wonderful! Darion was an excellent host and responded quickly with all our needs. The house was right by the bike trails and close to John Pass (Treasure Island). The house was clean and included all sorts of kitchen items we needed for our stay. Backyard area was awesome and we sat outside to visit with our family, watch sports and play bags! The shed has lots of beach stuff that we used for an awesome day with family! Area was quiet, grocery stores were about 1/2 mile and about 15 mins from St Pete downtown area. This house was perfect for our visit to St Pete and would highly recommend!

Perfect St. Pete getaway location

The house is very lovely in a quiet neighborhood. Tastefully decorated. Easy access to downtown St. Pete. Everything was very clean. Kitchen is small but very well equipped and a nice size dining area if you are cooking and serving any meals. Beds were super comfy. Spent a lot of time in the backyard area. All fenced in and large space to enjoy. Even has an outdoor tv and fire pit. Very pet friendly. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again.
