Unit Amenities include: 2 HDTVs(,TV in Living rom 48" TV in Queen Guest Bedroom ) updated kitchen, washer/dryer, 2-car garage and free Wi-fi and cable.

Avalon Preserve Community amenities include clubhouse, pool, grills, billiards room, spa, and fitness center.1 Month minimum rental, and RENTS FROM THE 1ST OF THE MONTH TILL THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH DURING PEAK SEASON.

NOTE: The Avalon Preserve Condominium Association requires that a Lease Application is to be submitted 60 days prior to arrival. The Lease application requires that a criminal background check be ran on all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease $25 per adult US, $35 per adult Canadian, $85 per adult overseas. Lease application fees are included in the reservation total upon booking.
