Accommodation: This pleasant, well-kept and freshly-landscaped home, in the beautiful Gulf Gate Estate neighborhood, will comfortably accommodate 4 people. This vacation rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large pool, spa, and all amenities.

Location and Amenities: Completely remodeled, our home is conveniently located on a lovely, quiet street, just 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Sarasota downtown and Hwy I-75 are within 5 miles from the house. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is less than 20 minutes away. Within 5 minutes walk are Gulf Gate shopping mall, grocery store, local restaurants, cafes, pubs, and public transportation. In addition, Gulf Gate community has plenty of sidewalks throughout for walking or bike riding.

Nearby amenities include popular Sarasota Gulf Coast Keys and beaches, Siesta Key Village, boat excursions, prestige golf courses, art museums, galleries, and theatres. The upscale shopping is on hand at St. Armand’s Circle, together with fine dining, live entertainment and other cultural attractions. This is why Sarasota is named The Cultural Capital of Florida.

The house was very nice. We would definitely stay here again. It was located in a nice neighborhood with great access to a lot of restaurants and other stores. It came with a lot of prestocked necessities such as towels, toilet paper,& soaps and some cleaning supplies. Loved having the iron and ironing board it was a nice extra touch.

This home was very clean and exactly as represented on VRBO. It has many small necessities, such as dishwasher soap and beach items, that are not always provided. The pool is beautiful and was much appreciated.

Excellent Stay

Our family enjoyed a fantastic week in Sarasota. The hospitality was excellent and our kids had a blast with the hot tub and pool combo. Definitely will look to come back again.

Perfect house with a beautiful Pool!!!

The house was great, very close to everything. This includes the airport, the Siesta key beach, all types of activities and nightlife. The pool was amazing, so clean and water was the perfect temperature at all hours. This was a great home for a quick vacation gettaway!!

Another excellent vacation

This is our second year staying at the home. The hospitality and amenities are fantastic. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the children and the neighborhood is close to everything you may want on a vacation. Looking forward to returning again.

Great house, facilities and location.

We had a great week here - the house is great with a fantastic pool. Location is perfect for getting to the beach or up and down the coast. Owner was great to deal with and property manager was very responsive. All in all we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to a couple or family of up to 4. Loved it

Great house, great location

This is the 2nd time we have stay here and hopefully will be able to stay again. The house is great and the pool and outdoor area is where we spent the most of our time. The house is located in a nice area that is a short walk to several restaurants, stores and Publics. It is a short drive to Siesta Beach and down town Sarasota. Our flight was early and Nada got us into the house early.

A fantastic house!

It is a well equipped, very clean and beautiful house. In the house you can find everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful, we enjoyed it big time. Not to forget the garden grill what we used a lot. The location of the house is also excellent. I highly recommend the place to everybody, this is a stellar accommodation without a doubt.

A good place

Siesta Key is a great place to relax, the ocean is 10 minutes away by car, we arrived in the morning and Nada allowed us to check in earlier, for which we thank her very much) All our issues were resolved as quickly as possible.

Perfect house in perfect neighborhood

This is the third time to stay here and can’t wait to do it again. Nada and Milan were very responsive and helpful. The check in process was extremely easy. The outdoor living area was great. Being able to park in the garage and use the washer and dryer were big perks.

Best VRBO in Sarasota

We’ve stayed at at eight VRBO’s on Florida’s gulf coast for the past 6 years and done numerous rentals for the past 25. This was by far the cleanest house and the large private backyard has the best setup for outdoor activities. The pool is beautiful and almost as large as the house, great for laps. The spa is perfect with the super jets and the lights set the mood. The beds were great and the remodeled bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. You only need to bring your family and friend's, everything else is provided.

Loved the pool

We enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub was perfect for our family. This property is in a great location. We visited several different beaches in the area. Parts of the neighborhood were questionable. We would not go for a bike ride through this neighborhood. The street that the property is on was very nice. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay at this property again.

One of the nicest vacation houses we have ever stayed at!

We arrived early on a Sat. and were able to check in a few hours early. Mirko at the management company was very helpful and on top of things. The house was very clean and updated. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, beach and all other services within a 5 minute drive. The saltwater pool with built-in hot tub is one of the nicest I've seen and was always crystal clean. New grill, 1 car garage and two full baths made the trip even better. We look forward to returning next year!

Location, Location!!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful home over the Easter Holiday. We arrived on Easter day and received access to the home early...check-In was an absolute breeze! This home is situated in a safe & quiet neighborhood, and the location couldn't be better! There were many restaurants within walking distance, and the beach just a short drive away. This home was fully equipped with everything we needed, and much more! The home was very clean, and the beds very comfortable. We spent many hours relaxing on the back patio and in the gorgeous pool & spa. We had some issues understanding how the televisions work, but the property manager was there within minutes to help & show us how to navigate the smart TV & the YouTube TV App. The owner's were VERY attentive to this issue & made sure everything was working properly for our stay. What stands out on this property, opposed to other VRBO's, is that they provide FREE YouTube TV with MANY local & major channels. This was a HUGE positive for us when considering this property as we aren't individuals who stream television Apps, and where basic cable TV is our normal "speed" However, you can bring your own sign-on's for other streaming Apps...AND each bedroom has its own large smart TV for your enjoyment. I can't express one negative aspect about this property, or the owner's/property manager. We enjoyed our stay very much, and highly recommend it to anyone considering this home!! We've stayed in many VRBO's, and this property will definitely be our 1st choice when visiting Sarasota in the future! Rhonda

Being Snowbirds ourselves, we did comprehensive research on Southern destinations where we felt would be most comfortable and exciting for us to vacation away from the cold winter months in Canada. We had already vacationed in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, and finally found ourselves mesmerized with the beaches and amenities that Sarasota offers to vacationers.

We decided to craft a Beach House in Sarasota Gulf Gate because of it's charming tranquility, as well as it's close proximity to Siesta Key Beach. We wanted to have a vacation home that would be relaxing and enjoyable, and at the same time, give us that 'away from it all' feeling. It took us some time to remodel an exquisite property and to construct and include a beautiful and expansive Roman swimming pool on our large patio.

We are thrilled with our Gulf Gate Beach House as a family and we are excited to share our joys and passion for it with you too! See you there! And remember, ‘Life is Good’

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We were attracted by a beautiful view from the living room on the spacious and tropical looking backyard. We immediately imagined a large swiming pool with built-in spa right in the middle of it. Our dream came true the following year when we built a nice sundeck and our private, Roman-shaped swimming pool, where we spend our most enjoyable moments.
