We recently stayed at this vac home and had a mixed experience. The interior was beautiful — stylish with a Chanel-inspired design aesthetic that we absolutely loved. The house itself was very clean, bedrooms were spacious, and the furniture appeared newer and in excellent condition. We appreciated the double sectionals, which would work well for larger groups, and the powerful NutriBullet blender in the kitchen a bonus. The exterior, however, needed more attention. The front porch floor needed cleaning, the bench outside was too dirty to use, and the shrubs leading to the front door were overgrown. The side outdoor seating area is lovely but difficult to enjoy due to noise from the AC condenser and falling tree debris. The pool area especially needs TLC. We appreciated that it was saltwater rather than chlorinated, but the pool looked older, had debris falling into it from surrounding trees, and needed more frequent filtering. We tried cleaning floating debris, but there was no pool net available. One recommendation: bring silicone cooking utensils, as the stainless-steel utensils provided could damage the cookware. The biggest concern was the master suite. There appears to be significant water damage originating from the shower area. Based on visible conditions and mold sensitivity concerns, we strongly suspected mold behind drywall and/or beneath flooring. Due of this, I was unable to use the master suite.
