Tucked inside the gated Cedar Falls Resort, you’ll feel a world away while still being just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. Challenge friends in the game loft, tee off in the private golf simulator, or unwind with your favorite show on one of the many TVs. Outside, two oversized decks invite you to slow down and take in the wooded views. Gather around the outdoor fireplace on crisp mornings, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or fire up the grill for dinner with family. From the cozy bedrooms to the state-of-the-art kitchen, every detail has been crafted for comfort!

When it is time for fun, the game loft is ready for hours of laughter and friendly competition. Challenge each other to pool, rediscover arcade favorites on the multicade, or gather around the large-screen TV for a game night. Just downstairs, the private golf simulator room offers a one-of-a-kind experience with hundreds of courses from around the world, perfect for practicing your swing or enjoying a round no matter the weather.



As the day winds down, the decks become your sanctuary. The upper deck feels like an outdoor living room, complete with a stone fireplace, TV, rocking chairs, and a dining table where you can share meals in the crisp mountain air. The lower deck invites you to soak in the bubbling hot tub, designed with a lounge seat and built-in ice bucket for ultimate relaxation. At night, retreat to one of three spacious king suites, each with its own fireplace, TV, and en-suite bathroom. From ski slopes at Ober Mountain to wildlife at Cades Cove, every adventure is within easy reach before returning to the comfort of your cabin each evening.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces such as the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, laundry area, game loft, golf simulator (with signed waiver), decks with fireplaces and hot tub, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Guests may also enjoy the shared amenities of Cedar Falls Resort including the seasonal pool, playground, picnic pavilion, hiking trails, and fishing pond.



The only areas not accessible are the interior mechanical room and two owner closets which are secured with keypad locks. The home is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Treehouse Lodge is located in Cedar Falls Resort, a private, gated mountain community just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The neighborhood is known for its peaceful wooded setting, well-maintained roads, and family-friendly amenities including a seasonal pool, playground, picnic pavilion, hiking trails, and a catch-and-release fishing pond. You’ll enjoy the sense of seclusion while still being close to top attractions like Dollywood, The Island, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Wildlife is common in the area, so keep an eye out for deer, turkeys, or even the occasional black bear. Roads throughout the resort are paved and gently winding, giving you an authentic mountain experience without the challenges of remote, steep drives.





As with many cabins in the Smoky Mountains, you may occasionally see ladybugs or other small insects during colder months. This is a normal seasonal occurrence as they seek warmth. The home is regularly maintained and professionally serviced, but in a wooded mountain setting, small insects can still appear from time to time.



Other Things to Note:

Notice as of 01/28: The golf simulator is currently unavailable due to a required replacement. While the typical turnaround is approximately two weeks from 01/28, to allow for any unforeseen delays, we anticipate the simulator will be fully replaced and fully restored by the end of February. We’ll update the listing as soon as it is fully restored. Thank you for your understanding.

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

✹ ESSENTIALS ✹

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.



✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.

For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.



As a guest at Cedar Falls Resort, you'll have access to community amenities such as the pool, playground, and picnic pavilion. These facilities are maintained by the HOA, and access is granted as an added benefit of staying in the resort community. Please note that any temporary closures or maintenance of these amenities are outside the host's control and do not qualify for a refund.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.



Signing a waiver is required to use the Golf Simulator.
