This property was everything my wife had hoped for. The management team was super responsive and supportive. The property had all the amenities you'd need for that 'home away from home' feeling. I would absolutely rebook this stay. The only down sides (for me) was the wait time for the fairy... which can be mitigated with proper planning, and the mosquitos have a ravenous appetite. Apart from that, anyone that stays here should be in for a treat.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect, and the views were incredible. It was the perfect place for our family to spend quality time together, and everyone—from the adults to the baby—had a wonderful experience.The hosts were great to work with, communication was easy, and they made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful getaway!

Fantastic house that has everything

The house was beautiful and spacious. We had a wonderful time. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice additions to the beach. The property management company was super responsive. The house was clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely return.

This was the most beautiful beach house I have ever stayed in. Plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations, spacious living area, a full kitchen with everything you could need, amazing outdoor area, perfect size pool, a hot tub and your own walkway to the beach! The owner was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and always responded quickly. The place literally has everything you need, there was no reason to leave! Do not hesitate to book this place!

Overall it was wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is large and has an amazing view. It needed more kid friendly dishes and wasn’t well equipped for cooking for a large party (we had 15) but a smaller group would be fine. The breaker popped several times for the upstairs which was annoying. They were quick to respond though to help walk us through it. Not sure why that was happening. The ac worked wonderfully which in Tx heat is a plus. There is no elevator or ramps available to the renter. Only for their staff, so if mobility is an issue and stair navigation is a problem then this isn’t the house for you. It is relatively close to the ferry which was nice for getting back and forth into Galveston. It was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great home, beautiful view and very comfortable beds. We went for my daughter’s 16th birthday and the girls had a wonderful time playing ping pong, beach swimming, volleyball and laying out by the pool!

House is beautiful. Nice finishes and decor. Beach front with dune walk over. Ample space under the house. Ample parking. Pool and hot tub are nice amenities. We used the pool multiple times. Outdoor shower to rinse off and multiple water hoses to rinse your beach stuff. Yard is fully fenced. 6 bedrooms each with its own bath and half bath on main living level. Sleeps 20 comfortably. Ice machine and beverage refrigerator are an added bonus. So convenient. Silverware, dishes, glasses, pots and pans are ample. If you like baking would bring muffin pans. Also would bring measuring cups and measuring spoons. Other utensils were adequate. Washer and dryer on main level and another set upstairs. Dining table is nice and large. We rented a golf cart to transport our things to the beach. The house has an elevator but it is NOT for guest. It was NOT advertised but we have been doing this for 16 years so I saw it in the pictures and just assumed. Wish you could pay “extra” and have access to it. Extremely happy with our stay. Will stay again.

The house is very nice. however, for the price I paid, I expected to have access to the elevator. All other properties that I have rented at this price point have elevator access. I did not notice that “elevator access” was not listed as an amenity. I feel like this should be stated somewhere in the house description. We do not use the elevator during our stay constantly, only to bring up our luggage, groceries, etc. and back down when we leave. It was an inconvenience.Also, check-in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. The daily price of this house is over 1,200/day. It is ridiculous to charge that much for the first and last days as they are such short periods of time. I was able to extend my checkout by a couple of hours but was charged 100. Also, you may want to bring a few extra bath towels as the stated “towels provided” is only 2 towels per bathroom. Also, the map does not show that there is a beach access road close to the house. Overall the house was very nice and we liked the private beach access walkway. We had a good time but I doubt we will rent it again.

We do offer late check-out when available for a fee to help cover additional housekeeping scheduling, and we’ll review how that policy and fee are presented in the booking details to make it clearer. Incredible weekend with family. You can not beat the house set up, pool and proximity to beach. Everything was great. Hosts were very responsive. Clean, neat and plenty of room for a family of 20! 5 star’s!
