Pelican Point - Come for the Beautiful Beach Sunrises.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home has a large wrap around deck, an unobstructed view of the beach, and a wonderful crow's nest that lets you see for miles. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms, a twin bed in the small bedroom, and a full size futon in the crow's nest. Plenty of covered parking, a washing machine and dryer, a small grill downstairs, an outside eating area, and all the beautiful sunrises you would want.

There are back stairs that go directly into a fenced back yard.

Pets will be considered, prior approval is required.

Pet Fees
Additional Pet Deposit of $100 will apply. Additional Pet Cleaning fee of $35 per pet will apply.

Pet Rules
Well behaved dogs only, this means stay off the furniture, no pee pads, no door scratching.
Crate trained dogs (this means no barking) may be left crated inside while you are gone.
Otherwise, no pets left unattended on the premises (this means inside the home, on the deck, or in the fenced yard).
We have very nice neighbors who are full time residence. We do not want to receive complaints about constantly barking dogs.

Clean up after your pet, this includes the fenced and unfenced yard.

We want to remain a pet friendly rental. In the past, some pet owners have not respected our home or our neighbors. We hope that the Pet Rules help you to decide if you and your pet would be comfortable in our home.
