The views don’t stop in the primary bedroom, where the seagulls can lull you to sleep before waking up to glistening water views. The second bedroom houses two twin beds, perfect for the kids to crash in after a day exploring Chatham.

Bring your kayak and explore beautiful Buck's Creek and even venture out to the Nantucket Sound for some ocean kayaking! Feel the sun on your skin and the water in your hair, at the Salty Breeze!

The location of the house is unbeatable. We loved the wrap-around deck with views of the marsh and the beach. Its a perfect spot for the beach, fishing, paddleboarding, etc. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect Location

Spacious ranch-style home located in a lovely tiny neighborhood. Beautiful views of the ocean and the sliding doors onto the wrap around porch make this home special. Very close drive into Chatham and within walking distance to the beach. Love that this home is pet-friendly.

Deck was awesome....but.

The deck and location is the best part of this house, but the furniture on the deck was cheap and very uncomfortable. We used our beach chairs to enjoy the deck. For the amount of money I expected nicer furniture that wasn't plastic or rusted. There was no umbrella for the table either. The laundry(washer and dryer were relatively new) is a separate entrance in the basement. Not a pleasant experience at night.

Wonderful…except for that Nor’easter

Positives: 1. View is incredible 2. Access to beach is a 6 minute walk 3. Living areas were clean and comfortable 4. House is convenient to sights and services with short drives. 5. Amazing deck 6. Communications prior to arrival were clear and efficient 7. No problem getting late checkout on day of departure due to loss of electricity and road conditions. Not so positives 1. Some of outdoor lights did not work. 2. Laundry is located in a basement that requires going down a hill to access the basement-no access from inside the house. 3. Notified upon arrival that stove/oven was not working. Asked if we wanted it repaired (an electric hot plate and convection oven had been placed in the kitchen prior to our arrival). We said yes to the repair since we planned to cook throughout our stay. No repairs were done nor were we ever contacted about the status of repairs. 4. We had hoped for a map of Chatham with more local recommendations. If it was there, we never found it. 5. A few more emergency lighting supplies would have been appreciated. Lone flashlight was pretty weak. We certainly can’t blame the management for loss of power due to the storm, but a few more emergency items would have been useful. Would we rent this property again? Definitely!

A fantastic week at the 🏖

We loved the house , all the sliding glass doors make you feel like your outside when your inside.We could watch the sunrise from our bed. The house is very clean and I love the way it is decorated. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to the beach. The deck is big wraparound and furniture is comfortable I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

Perfect for our long weekend

The views out the nice large open windows and sliders were amazing as we are bird watchers and my husband is a nature and wildlife photographer. And the location was perfect for us.. Everything was clean and well kept. Had all we needed and managers were helpful and accommodating with our checkout request.

Million Dollar View

A piece of paradise...view unbelievable. Home was cleaned and in good condition. Location is great with beach very close by and short driving distance to Chatham center. Definitely a return trip in the future.

View is beautiful

The view is beautiful and the best part of the house was the deck. The disappointing part was the one bedroom with a horrendous odor that made the room unusable. We had put our bags in there for the first few days but then moved them cause of the smell. Sad to say my Vera Bradley cloth carry all picked up the smell. It was a gift from my kids and I was heartbroken. The agent claimed a misunderstanding and did not do anything to handle the problem while we were there but was going to address it after we left. It made our time there very uncomfortable not knowing what was happening in that room with the odor. We kept the door closed and did not go in after the third day when opening the windows did not work.

Hi Francine, We responded immediately to your complaint by sending Karen to the home to speak with you. You told her that you preferred not to be disturbed during your stay, and asked that we address the issue after your departure, since you were not using that bedroom anyway. In addition to offering an immediate solution (which you declined), we also offered a partial refund (which you accepted).
