All bed linen + 1 bath towel per guest is provided.

Enjoy the short stroll down to Dicky Beach (15min walking -3min Driving). You will feel spoilt with all the choices you have staying at this beautiful holiday house, with the wide shared bike / walking paths on your stroll from the house to the Patrolled Beach. Playgrounds for the kids and a great selection of Fish and Chips, Bakery and restaurants all on the way.

Laze by the pool on the brightly coloured sun lounges or have a dip in the sparkling salt water family friendly in-ground pool.
Rainy days stay home and enjoy a movie day on the huge 55” Smart TV relax on the large leather corner lounge with room for everyone. Enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen including a large chief style oven. The BBQ has a wok burner and 10-seater outdoor dining table perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Listen to your favourite music on the Bluetooth speaker.

The house consists of four-bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably on Latex ensembles, you will find a porta-cot and highchair for your use. All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. We have also supplied a hair dryer, Iron and ironing board. In the laundry there is a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Enjoy a light read of various novels including children books games and toys for you to enjoy. Large selection of DVD's for the family to enjoy.
Large ActronAir Air Conditioners in the Lounge room and in all 4 Spacious bedrooms.
Large undercover parking to fit two cars, however it can fit four cars in total in the driveway.

LIVING AREA:
Open plan living that combines a large bright lounge room with leather corner lounge, 55” Smart TV and DVD player flowing onto the dining room with 6-seater dining table to the lovely modern kitchen with a Chief oven.
Lay back and relax overlooking the sparkling salt water pool with a fully fenced private pool area. Whatever the weather you can lay back on the leather lounge put your feet up on the recliners with a glass of wine or an ice-cold beer while you watch the kids swim in the family friendly pool.
The lounge room, Master and all 3 bedrooms have ActronAir reverse cycle Air Conditioning.

BEDROOMS:
Comprising of 4 bedrooms all with quality Latex ensembles. The Master bedroom suite is pure luxury, with a HUGE king size Latex ensemble and 50” Smart TV, new ensuite with walk-in robe and ActronAir Air Conditioning. Its more of a mini parent’s retreat. Master has its own separate entry straight into master suite.

“Throw a shrimp on the Barbie” enjoy the Gourmet BBQ with Wok burner, cook up your favorite meals and entertain your family and friends in either the large 10-seater outdoor dining setting or have a “Cold beer or Wine” at the low 4-seater alfresco sofa seating area by the pool.

HOUSE RULES
We love our home and ask all our guests to be respectful of the house and others. Keep things clean and tidy and please leave everything as you found it.
Please confirm if the number of guests you originally booked for increases, so we can prepare the correct linen/bedding and finalise any extra costs that may be required.
No smoking inside, but you're free to smoke anywhere outdoors. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Definitely NO parties allowed. Please note, we are not a Party House
Definitely NO Schoolies, Hens or Bucks Parties allowed
Please put bins out on the front path Wednesday nights
STRICT Quiet time after 10pm.
Due to it being a residential area, we ask that you consider our neighbours and keep the noise at a respectful level, especially after 10pm, Sunshine Coast Neighbourhood Rules. Should you wish to party, or the noise level is excessive, you may risk your stay.
We're easy going but we will not accept people who are disrespectful, dishonest, dirty or don't care about how they live while in our home.
If any of these rules are broken, we will issue a warning, after that, we have the right to remove you from the house, forfeiting the balance of your stay and your Security Deposit.
We hope you understand that we have House Rules in play to avoid any unnecessary or awkward situations.
We want all our guests to enjoy their stay in our home, have fun and love it as much as we do.

PLEASE NOTE In accordance with Sunshine Coast City Council, Stayz and the Holiday Code of Conduct, this property has a STRICT NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy and is not available to young groups or schoolies. We value our neighbors and request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. This property is not a new home, but it is well equipped to make any family holiday or gathering an enjoyable one.
