Hi Rebecca Thankyou, we will pass this feedback onto the owner in relation to air-conditioning. The property was built as a 'Passive design' home meaning that it is designed to normally maintain a comfortable temperature in the home. Normally with this type of design, there isn't a great need for extra cooling or heating which is why they do not have it. Some of the rooms have ceiling fans and in the rooms without, there should be tower fans for ventilation. We will still take this feedback on and advise the owners of the property. I can see that we refunded your security deposit 3 days after you had departed, however, the banks normally have a couple of days in processing times, and the refund date was on a Friday, and then it was the weekend so that is why it has taken a little longer unfortunately. Normally we refund them within a few days of you departing but we have also had a lot to get through due to the extension of school holidays and there is a limit to what you can refund per day. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. I am sincerely sorry if you were queried about your dog as yes this property is definitely pet friendly for small dogs. This is still quite a new property under our management and we have quite a lot of staff who are still getting to know it. I cannot imagine any of our lovely staff meaning to come across that way, they were probably just worried in the moment. Sorry for the misunderstanding Rebecca. Kind Regards CHC
