With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Situated near Waikiki, you'll be steps away from stunning beaches and local attractions.



The Space:

Experience the mesmerizing Ocean, City, Canal and Mountain View and luxuriate in the opulence of hotel-quality sheets, pillows, and the soothing coolness of ultra quiet window air conditioning.



The space Renovated on June 2025. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby.



Amenities:

-Free wifi -2 Queen size beds and a futon sofa

-Large sliding window with tropical breezes and views of City, Ocean, Ala Wai canal and mountain.

- Full Kitchen with top freezer fridge, stove, microwave, and kitchenware

-Air conditioning in unit -Dining bar and stools -Smart TV

-Standing desk/chair, small book case -Wagon, Beach chairs, Snorkeling gears etc.

-100% legal rental



FLOOR AREA : Approximately 350 SQ FT.



Check in: after 4:00 PM with Lockbox in lower lobby An earlier check-in can possibly be arranged but not guaranteed, please contact us at around 1pm on the same date to check the status. Luggage drop-off service is available at Security for $5 per piece (rate is subject to change and please confirm with security)



Check out: before 11:00 AM (Please leave ALL keys in designated lockboxes, parking FOB hanging on unit A kitchen wall)



Parking: Waikiki is very crowded and parking is very expensive. In-building parking is belong to another company, about $45/day, cash only. We rented 1 garage parking stall in next building (about 3 minutes walk), free of charge for our guest.



Check Out Cleaning: The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.

There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.



Linens and towels: We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.



As with any bustling destination, you may occasionally hear the sounds of busy streets and city life. For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.



-Rooftop pool, hot tub, sun deck, and BBQ area (6th floor)



-Guest paid parking available on site for a fee



-Hotel fitness facility access for a one-time fee of $5 per stay. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms. (lower lobby)



-Rental car company (808 Smart Car Rental) available next to upper lobby



-Credit card operated on-site laundry facility (5th floor)



-Restaurants and cafes located on premises



-Guests have access to the entire condo and all the building amenities. Please note that a lost room key will incur a $25/key charge. Lost parking FOB will incur a $200 charge. Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.



Other things to note We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the property or in areas not designated for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and near the premises.

1) Driving: From HNL airport, exit 23 of I-H-1-E for Punahou St, turn right onto S Beretania St, turn left onto Kalakaua Ave, turn left onto Pa’u St, turn left onto Ala Wai Blvd, turn left onto Niu St.

2) Bus: From HNL airport, take bus 20 from upper level (Interisland Terminal), exit “Ala Moana Bl + Kalia Rd ” stop, about 5 minutes walk to the building.

3) Walk to beach, shopping center; Bus stop is only 2 minutes walk; Biki -- shared bike
