The Timber Haus was custom built with Cypress wood and professionally designed from top to bottom, allowing for guests to experience a one-of-a-kind getaway. When walking into the cabin, you`ll be greeted by the incredible floor to ceiling window on the front of the cabin: Scandinavian mountain luxury awaits inside. Inside the cabin, you`ll find this 475sqft tiny cabin lives quite large. With an open living room, kitchen, and eat in area, you`ll feel the bright and modern comfort + functionality of this dreamy cabin.

The Timber Haus sleeps two guests with a king enclosed bedroom + the softest, upscale and allergy free bedding. The perfect place for your best night of sleep ever!

The luxurious bathroom offers a walk-in shower with rain head, Public Goods toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion), cozy large bath towels, blow dryer and other `extras` that you may have forgotten at home.

-A kitchen stocked with cooking and dinnerware essentials. Note there is a 2-burner induction cooktop, but no full-sized oven at this cabin. We offer a countertop Our Place mini oven and microwave
-Coffee and tea bar including a 8 cup drip maker and instant-hot tea kettle with ground coffee, various teas, creamer, and sugar provided
-A dedicated dining space with seating for two
-Starlink high speed internet
-An intimate and comfy entertainment space where you`ll find a 55` smart tv with Roku, luxury Crypton sofa, cozy accent poufs + throw blankets, and games to enjoy after a day of exploring. The Roku is in `guest mode` which allows you to log into your personal streaming services of choice. Please be aware that streaming capabilities can be limited due to our rural location

We are thrilled to offer some amazing optional add-on services through our partner vendors during your stay: Whether you`re looking for an in-cabin personal chef for a special meal, trail provisions for your adventures, in-cabin massage services, or shuttle service for a winery or brewery tour, we are happy to connect you with our esteemed partners to coordinate. Note that these services are available at an additional cost and subject to partner availability.

Timber Haus access: We created this cabin for you to relax and enjoy, so please make yourselves at home! Guests will have access to the full cabin. We ask that Timber Haus guests respect the privacy of the Alpine guests (which is located on the adjacent side of the property.) Inside the Timber Haus, guests will have access to all spaces minus the locked utility closet. There is a large gravel parking area directly outside of the cabin and we recommend 4-wheel drive due to the grade of the driveway (especially in the winter months.)

Timber Haus location: The Timber Haus is conveniently located near everything the Hocking Hills region has to offer: Whether you plan to lounge around, hike, canoe, horseback ride, zipline, tour wineries, or attend one of the many festivals hosted in the area, the Timer Haus is a perfect home-base. There is so much beauty and so many sites to see - we would be happy to help make recommendations for your stay!

Other information to note: We love the modern, cozy comfort of The Everwoods Timber Haus. It allows us to unplug from our busy and sometimes chaotic day to day life. This cabin is truly a home away from home, but is not totally without quirks. This cabin does not have a dishwasher or full size oven, however we do provide dish soap, sponges, and mini oven. We are on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. In addition, we are on well water with a softener system making it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in. Some guests prefer to bring bottled water during their stay as there is a distinct smell of well water.

While we are proud to offer Starlink Wi-Fi in our cabin, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is often spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay.

Seasonally, we professionally treat for pests, however, on occasion they do find their way into the cabin. After all, it is their environment that we are occupying.

We are a husband and wife duo who care very much about our guests and ensuring you have a wonderful stay with us. We are available during your time at The Everwoods to answer questions or help in any way!

House rules:
-We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
-Despite being animal lovers, we do not permit pets.
-The cabin and private property is non-smoking, which includes both inside and outside and includes tobacco, natural, and vaping.
-Parties/events are not permitted at the cabin.
-We utilize a solar based outdoor security camera that faces the driveway. We use this for the safety of our guests and of our cabin. It is not monitored during your stay aside from ensuring you are able to check-in smoothly. Covering or disabling this device is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above house rules are broken, guest agrees to pay for damages, extra cleaning, or forfeit the remainder of their stay if host deems necessary.

-The cabin is a non-smoking property, which includes both inside and outside of the property and includes tobacco, natural, and vaping.
-Parties/large events are not allowed at the cabin. No glitter or confetti, please!
-We utilize an exterior security camera that faces the driveway. We use this for the safety of our guests and of our cabin. It will not be monitored during your stay; aside from ensuring check-in goes smoothly, unless an issue arises. Covering or disabling the device in any way is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above house rules are broken or damage occurs during your stay, guest agrees to pay any additional cleaning and/or damage charges.
