New 3-bedroom townhome across from Purgatory - Hot Tub/Views/Arcade Game/Firepit

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive). Relax in the private hot tub on the main deck and enjoy the mountain and slope views and as well as the gas firepit. The townhome is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces (on different floors). The downstairs living space (adjacent to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms) features an arcade game, card table, TV and Queen Pull Out Sofa.
The townhome features the expected amenities such as WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage and a fully stocked kitchen. For the occasional warm summer days, the master bedroom on the main level has AC (which pretty much cools the entire main floor when needed).

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to the ski lifts but since it is across the road you enjoy the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it's part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It's only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home.
