Jubilee Landing 102 is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo sleeping up to 6. Located along Ole River in Orange Beach, it combines waterfront living, boating amenities and convenient beach access for an easy Gulf Coast getaway.

The private balcony is the perfect place to start and end your day with views of the water and passing boats.
Jubilee Landing also offers a waterfront pool, fishing pier and dock, gazebo, grilling areas and picnic space. Public beach access is conveniently located across the street.

INSIDE THE CONDO
The living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or on the water, with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the waterfront balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes and everyday essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

For beach days, guests can walk to nearby beach access or drive to Shell Beach. Afterward, come home for a swim, relax by the water, or enjoy dinner at the community grilling and picnic areas.

BRINGING A BOAT?
Jubilee Landing is especially convenient for guests who want to experience Orange Beach from the water.
Boat slips are available for $50 per day with advance registration and proof of insurance. Maximum boat length is 28 feet. Slip availability is subject to community requirements and availability.
Boat trailers are not permitted onsite under HOA regulations. Nearby trailer parking is available at Jerry's Marine on Canal Road.
From this location, boaters have convenient access to area waterways including Cotton Bayou, Terry Cove and Perdido Pass.

PARKING
Paid parking passes are required onsite. Because Jubilee Landing is a low-density waterfront community, parking may become limited during peak periods. Limiting the number of vehicles when possible is recommended.
