Paradise At Tower Lake villa locates in the prestigious Calabay Parc Tower Lake community, only 25 mins from Disney World, 25 mins from Legoland, 30 mins from Sea World and 40 min from Universal Studios.

The newly renovated, amazing 5-star villa with the 3 king bedrooms and 3 kid rooms. The private swimming pool with the spa is right next to the dock. You can swim and let the water soak away your worries. Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink in the backyard. At night, you can have a movie night with your family in the theater room. The 75-inch 4K TV makes the experience more immersive and easier to see.

*Six bedrooms and four full bathrooms:
2 bathrooms are on the first floor: one in the suite, one is next to the other bedroom. 2 bathrooms are on the second floor: one in the suite, one is shared by two kids' rooms.

*The BBQ is free to use: guests can get a full one in the closest stores or gas stations if the propane is empty. The fee will be reimbursed by us.

*The pool can be heated if it's required extra fee apply $25 extra per day.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was lovely. Communication with the owner was quick and very responsive. The home is very roomy and the rooms were all very nice. The movie room was a nice bonus! The pool was great; added pool heat since we stayed in late December and ot was well worth it. Overall great rental!

This home is older inside but the layout is great. Everyone stayed in the hot tub most of the time. The house needs a good deep cleaning. The movie theater is out dated but it was nice for a few people to get together and watch. Family friendly. Nice neighborhood. Host is great with communication. Would stay here again.

Great stay!!

We were at the house for 2 weeks with our adult kids and our grand kids, and everyone had a great time. The pool especially was a highlight with everyone. We encountered a few issues and all were addressed quickly by the home owner and/or management company. We have stayed at several homes in this general area as well as other parts of Florida and this home is on par if not slightly above most we have stayed in. We were not able to access the NCAA tournament on the available television apps but logged into our own HULU while we were there. I always tell people who are looking for Florida rentals, be realistic about your expectations! If your expecting a kitchen set up for gourmet cooking you probably won't find it here or anywhere, but we were able to do all the cooking we needed to. An FYI for future guests, there is a drip coffee pot as well as a Kuerig, also a blender, crockpot, roasting pan. The normal pots and pans were mostly well beyond the optimum use state, and if I had to make one suggestion to the owner for an easy upgrade it would be to throw all of the pots and pans out and replace them with a good set of new ones for probably around 100.00. Another FYI, the pool heat at this home is very reasonably priced and I highly suggest taking advantage of it, it worked great, however there is a switch that needs to be turned on to heat the spa, the pool man was able to turn it on for us, and we greatly enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this house!!

Not well maintained property

The communication with the property management company was good, however, the property was dirty and not well maintained. We had to make several requests to have the pool heated and lights working and to figure out how to get warm water from the showers (handles installed backward).It was also not stated how the association of this neighborhood will have your car towed if your car is even slightly touching the grass. We will not be choosing this property again.

Weekend at LegoLand

Our stay in the home was comfortable and its a close distance from Legoland which was awesome. The property is what is listed for the most part. The house is spacious and comfortable for large families. The pool is great and the outside patio has seating. We feel the house could be updated and some of the comments on other posts have not been addressed.

Nice home

This home was very spacious, nice, and my family and I had a wonderful week spending time together. The pool and hot tub were great. We were able to enjoy eating under the covered part of the pool deck. The management team was great. Their response to the couple issues were immediate. We will definitely consider coming back to this home. A couple issues that could help for future guests: We loved having the grill to cook on, but the heat deflectors above the burners were missing. We took heat deflectors from an old grill next to the house which helped somewhat, but overall it was difficult to use. In the kitchen, there were a lot of dishes and pans but not one 9x13 baking dish. It would be helpful to have at least one either glass or pan in this size. The bathroom across from the laundry room did not have a shower liner.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The owner was very responsive when there was a mix-up with the pool heater and had someone out the same day to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable large home, excellent owner response

The house was large and easily accommodated our party of 10 adults. Itā€™s in a gated community. The house itself was clean, but showing some signs of its age. Some of the mattresses could use replacing. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. The owner was very attentive to our needs and very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a great stay.

Below normal standards, dirty, trashed left

Checked in to the property with ease. On my first walk thru of the house, i found a used tooth brush in 1 bathroom and trash left on the counter in another bathroom. Dishwasher leaked every time it was used. Blinds missing in another bathroom and kitchen area. The second to last day of our trip appliances were delivered to the house and were expected to be installed(we checked out the next day at 10 am). Multiple floor tiles are cracked and sharp on the corners. I would not recommend fairway rentals to anyone. I called and sent emails with pictures and all i got was an apology and blaming the cleaning company they hired.

Great location

Stayed to attend college baseball games. Location was great. Loved the gated community, safe subdivision. House could have been slightly cleaner. Wasnā€™t anything awful just not as clean as my own house. Beds were comfortable. Homeowner was wonderful to work with. She was very personable and VERY quick to respond with any questions. Dishwasher was broken but it was looked at the next day. Wasnā€™t able to be fixed during our stay but property owner was very apologetic. Pool screen was ripped and fixed during our stay.

Not the best for cooking

Overall the place is decent. We stayed from Friday-Sunday with 8 adults and 5 kids from age 9 to 2 years old. It has 3 king beds, 2 bunk beds, and one room with 2 twin beds. 4 bathrooms. The theater room had a smell to it and the tv was not working so we didn not use, instead we used the one in the living room. There was plenty of plates and cups and a pantry full of cooking gadgets but I did not use. My issue was the stove. It works but not properly. It would get super hot and when you would lower it, it wasnā€™t hot enough. The pots there were nonfunctional due to most of them having the Teflon scratched off. I was not comfortable using it like that. There was not enough garbage bags and by the end of stay we were out of toilet paper but it was our last night so not worth asking for more since we would be leaving in the morning. We did heated the pool and host said it would be 89 degrees. Worth heating it since we went when the temperature dropped. The pool was fun.

We were 8 gentleman there to play Southern Dunes. Safe gated community within a mile of the golf course entrance. Only negative are the bunk beds, twins would work better for adults.
