Welcome to Boronia Blue, a beautifully designed coastal retreat where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping beach and ocean views.
High ceilings, polished timber floors, and multiple open-plan living areas create a light-filled, relaxed atmosphere throughout the home.

Entertainer’s kitchen fully equipped with Miele appliances, marble benchtops, integrated fridge with ice maker, and filtered cold water
Living & dining area with stunning water views, plush leather recliners, and a 75” TV
Sliding glass doors open to the sunroom, creating one expansive, light-filled living space
Primary bedroom on the top floor with ocean views, walk-in robe, and ensuite with heated towel rail and bidet

Two comfortable bedrooms, each with two long single beds and block-out shutters
Media room ideal for kids or movie nights, featuring a 75” TV, PlayStation, and beanbag seating.
