WATERFRONT Lake House ~ Rent our boat at the marina!

We built our dream lake house that was designed to function perfectly for our growing family and we want to share it with you! This is a place where we gather as a family and where our children create lasting memories. It is the perfect place for family reunions, birthday parties, holiday celebrations, retirement parties, girls’ weekends, corporate or religious retreats, and of course, family vacations. Ask about our event fee. We've created a safe environment with gates on the staircases, tamper resistant outlets, and kid friendly furnishings. Our waterfront home provides private access to canyon lake. Walk down to the water or enjoy the view from the waterfront covered patio. Public boat ramp #7 is just down the street. There is plenty of room for everyone with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Conveniently located just 15 min from the Guadalupe river horseshoe tubing loop, whitewater amphitheater, and 30 min to Schlitterbahn and Gruene Hall. Escape the city and picture yourself having a hot cup of coffee on the deck as you watch the sun rise over the misty lake, catch the deer grazing nearby, and see a sailboat cruising the water.


** A 22’ ski boat available to be rented: holds 7 passengers. Will be a chartered rental (includes captain and fuel). It’s $125 an hour for 4 passengers with a 4 hr minimum. It an $50 flat rate per additional passenger and $50 flat rate per additional hour. Ice chest with ice included. Also available are water skis, tube, and Lilly pad float.
