The Space:

Villa Fontana is a spectacular three-level home that features 3 bedrooms - located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and accessible via stairs - 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with beautiful fountain views. Remodeled from top to bottom, you will appreciate the clean and modern feel Villa Fontana offers. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen with counter space overlooking the dining area, living room, and the large terrace with views of the professionally landscaped grounds. The beach is within walking distance!



Villa Fontana includes AC, TV, cable, internet, washer/dryer, beach chairs, and a cooler. Villa Fontana includes one parking space.

LIVING AREAS



The Villa has a contemporary open concept layout that connects the living room, dining, kitchen, and terrace. All the living areas are on the first floor of the Villa with abundant windows so you always have views of palm trees, the manicured grounds, and a very relaxing fountain. There is a flat-screen TV with cable in the living room with comfortable seating for 6 adults and full A/C. There is also seating for 4 adults on the lovely terrace. There is a half bathroom on this level.



 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Villa Fontana includes three bedrooms, all located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, accessible exclusively by stairs. We kindly advise extra care for children and individuals who may find stairs challenging.



The master suite - located on the 3rd floor - has 1 king bed with a fully renovated bathroom, closet, a smart TV, and AC. It also has a furnished private balcony with an ocean view.



The 2nd bedroom - located on the 2nd floor - has 1 tastefully appointed queen bed, closet, smart TV, AC, and a full bathroom that is shared with the 3rd bedroom.



The 3rd bedroom - located on the 2nd floor - has 1 bunk bed (two twin beds) and an extra twin bed., closet space, and AC.



Both bathrooms include complimentary organic amenities and plush resort-style towels.





PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.



 

KITCHEN



Villa Fontana has a very modern, clean, fully stocked, and comfortable kitchen. The kitchen has a counter space that is ideal for serving meals buffet style. The 4-person dining table is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen so cooking and dining can become one large social event. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, stovetop, coffee maker, and toaster.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



The property includes one (1) assigned parking spot.



Renting a car is a must when staying in Dorado. You will need it to move around to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches as well as to explore the rest of the island.

Villa Fontana is located at Villas de Playa II within Dorado del Mar, a beautiful community in Dorado Puerto Rico that is well known for its gorgeous tropical grounds and beach access. Dorado del Mar is home to the Embassy Suites by Hilton. This is a safe and gated community that is great for families and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Villa Fontana is a 45-minute drive from San Juan and the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.



Besides enjoying the beautiful villa and all amenities on offer, there are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:



Explore the local culinary scene with everything from local Puerto Rican food to excellent Italian and Asian options.



Dorado del Mar has its own casino - The Blue Dolphin Casino! Villa Fontana is ideal for those who want to enjoy the casino nightlife and then retreat to a comfortable space less than a 10 minute drive from the action.



Road trip to the Cerro Gordo or Dorado public beaches. Both of these are long sandy beaches that are well protected from swell and are a 5-minute drive from the villa.



Explore the Camuy Caves – a huge cave system about an hour's drive away that is home to the third-longest underwater river in the world.



Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 35-minute drive away and the oldest city in all of the US.
