While friends fall into a cat nap in front of the flat-screen TV in the living room, you can venture outside to unwind in the sunshine on the wraparound deck. Be sure to keep an eye out as you're sure to spot local egrets, blue herons, deer, and even an alligator or two wading in the Sparrow Pond waters!

When stomachs begin to growl, it's time to begin preparations for an evening feast. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to assist in complex cuisines and family favorites alike. Serve cheese and crackers at the 2-person bar until the meal is complete and ready to serve at the elegant dining table, highlighted by a chandelier.

Tour the town via horse-drawn carriage, being sure to make stops at the Waterfront Park, Rainbow Row and Magnolia Plantation.
