Our limited number of properties are top-of-the line in decor, comfort, cleanliness, and perfectly-maintained. In addition to providing you with all the items you expect in a property, you'll be especially delighted with the unexpected items we provide - plenty of dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash. And the special touches will make you smile - fresh flowers, a personalized welcome note and eggs from our own back-yard family coop when you arrive. Huge Oceanfront Deck and Sea-Inspired Interiors

What’s not to love about The Ocean Blue at Seascape? This 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa has been completely renovated and the results are spectacular! Highlights include incredible kitchen and bathrooms, high-end décor finishes, an open floor plan and an oceanfront reading nook.

Grab a glass of wine and make yourself at home on the huge deck, where you can hear the surf, smell the saltwater on the breeze, and be hypnotized by the ocean view. Or kick back and relax in the oceanfront reading nook; with floor-to-ceiling windows, the sun soaks the room in warmth and light.

With high ceilings, top of the line décor, lots of natural light, and a sea-inspired color palette, the living area, dining room, and kitchen serve as inviting gathering places.

The high-end kitchen features quartzite counters, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, and top-of-the-line Italian appliances. Brew a fresh cup of coffee in the Keurig and pull a chair up to the casual bar area to discuss the day’s plans. Take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen and make a family dinner you can linger over in the evening.

The ultra-comfortable living room boasts a large smart TV and opens up to the deck, so you’re easily treated to incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. The super spacious deck has a comfortable sitting area as well as a bar height table and chairs perfect for a casual lunch with incredible ocean views!

At night, treat yourself to well-deserved sleep in the master suite, which has a super-comfortable king bed. The adjacent master bathroom is luxuriously appointed with a spacious walk-in shower and rain showerhead, the ideal setting for rinsing off the saltwater and sand before heading out for the evening.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a king-sized bed and private access to the hall bath on the main floor, while the third bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom.

The kids will love spending the night in the loft, which has a queen bed and overlooks the living spaces below.

If you’re up for a day trip, hop in the car and visit historic downtown Charleston, just a 30-minute drive away.
