Our Sea Winds 15th floor beachfront Condo is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. From our lanai, you can enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans and our beautiful sunsets.

The 21 ft. lanai has a table with 4 chairs and 2 recliners to enjoy the spectacular ocean views.

This two bedroom/two bath condo can sleep six. The master bedroom opens to the lanai and has it's own private bath, while the 2nd bedroom has twin beds and private full bath as well. The main sitting room has a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate two more guests

The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig, toaster and blender. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

We offer free WiFi, tv's in each bedroom and smart tv in main sitting room with cable & Netflix.

For your time on the beach we include chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler and beach wagon.

A heated communal pool and hot tub are at your disposal along with tennis courts.

We have tried to think of everything so you can enjoy your time on Marco.

This is a pet free, non smoking unit.

Activities include: Shelling, kayaking, jetskiing, windsurfing, parasailing and golfing. Tours of the island via trolley or rent bikes/scooters and go exploring! There are sunset cruises and fishing charters. You can even rent a boat to explore the backwaters and try fishing on your own. Then take your catch to a local restaurant where they will cook it for you! Eco Tours of Everglades are only 20 min away. Day trip to Key West from Rose Marina. Our restaurants are second to none and offer every type of cuisine. Shopping is a must on Marco and in Naples. All these amenities are spelled out for your convenience in our property guide provided at the condo.

Excellent location, - great property & amenities

Everything was clean and as pictured. We had all we needed for our week and we were right on the beach. Great weather and views and the sound of the ocean as we slept! We appreciated the many beach chairs and umbrellas. A beach cart would be ideal for getting everything down the elevator and out to the beach but all in all we managed. Communication was top notch since the day we booked and throughout our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend the property!

Tastefully decorated, well appointed condo with stunning views.

We had a great time staying here. Really appreciated the extra touches like to mattress toppers; the Tupperware for leftovers; Netflix and other cable viewing apps on the main tv; hair dryer And straightener. Really enjoyed access to the locker with all the beach toys so that we didn’t have to stuff our own into the car, and also because we didn’t have to find place to store them inside and we didn’t have to deal with the sand they inevitably drag in with them. We had incredibly windy weather our week, and the umbrella was the only one able to withstand the winds without crumpling or turning inside out. Such a sturdy umbrella. My only complaint would be the teeny dishwasher which didn’t really clean the dishes. Other than that, a fabulous spot on the beach.

It’s Marco Island!! Those words alone are worth 5 stars!

Positives: Marco Island Condo location with regards to the beach, restaurants, shopping, area attractions. Layout of condo itself is nice. Plenty of room for us 2 and probably 2 more adults/kids. Think it would be a little tight if more than that. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment/towels available. Beautiful beach and gulf view from deck! Cons: The master bedroom bed is horrible! Mattress is old and placing a 3 inch foam pad on it doesn’t help that, just makes you sink in and not be able to shift around. We ended up taking foam pad off to get a little comfort. Any movement on bed makes the headboard creak. Wonder what the next condos occupants were thinking with that noise!! Please replace mattress. All linens need replaced. Towels and sheets are yellowed and some are stained. Microwave is dorm size. Couldn’t put coffee cups in if needed warmed. May be time to update sofa. Overall we love this condo and location. We’ve been here twice. Owners may need new house cleaners—-walls, doors, fridge, oven, and deck need a good cleaning. When we were there a year ago only one elevator worked. This time only one worked and they stated it was from hurricane. We totally understand some things are still in need of repair but also heard from other people that they weren’t going to fix for a long time bc too expensive. Hope that’s not true, frustrating. Would we return?? Definitely but we hope some things will improve, especially for the fees charged. Nice condo but needs some TLC. Thanks to owners for letting us enjoy our time off.

Well decorated and very clean! Location is perfect to be able to walk to restaurants and a shopping center with a movie theater. View is the best part...gorgeous! Enjoyed every minute!

Excellent!

The condo is excellent! Comfortable for 2 adults plus one high schooler and a college aged young adult. Kitchen is easy to navigate and convenient for cooking. 2 nice-sized full bathrooms, and the entire unit is impeccably cleaned. The location is perfect - on the quieter end of the island and yet still close enough to walk to the restaurants at Winterberry. Highly, highly recommend!

Fun in the sun

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Seawinds. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped for both cooking and the beach. The Gulf view was wonderful! We loved the easy access to the beach. This was our second visit to Marco Island and we found plenty to do while enjoying the fabulous sunshine!

Marco idyll

Lovely apartment in great location. Only complaint was the balcony furniture had no cushions on chairs and loungers, so not very comfortable. Other than that it was a great apartment with everything you needed for your stay.

Our unit was perfect, we had friends stay in 1005 they were not as happy. We had everything we needed. Bed was a little soft for me , that was the only thing that was not perfect. I would rent that unit again unless my friends beat me to it.

LOVELY BEACHFRONT CONDO

The condo is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed, with an absolutely perfect beach only steps from the unit. I had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved within hours with no disruption to my schedule.

Wonderful Stay in August 2018

We've been traveling to Marco Island for 25 years and this was our second stay at Sea Winds. Condo 1505 was exactly as described in the text and shown in the photos. The sunsets are simply spectacular and condo was comfortable and clean, the evenings were calm and quiet in the building. You can see many stars and in August we experienced a full moon, we could see 4 plants as they traveled across the sky and set throughout the night and early morning. Binoculars helped but the planets were easily visible without them. I appreciate how well the Marco Island Vacation properties and the condo owners replied so quickly and answered all our questions about our stay and the weather. As always, the beach was clean, well groomed and well behaved. If you're seeking a comfortable clean and calm condo for a stay at Marco Island, I would seriously consider staying in 1505 at Sea Winds.

We so enjoyed our stay in 1505. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the furnishings were so well done. You could tell that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Marco Island is such a paradise and the condo just made our experience perfect.

Awesome view!

We visited Marco Island for the first time in April and absolutely fell in love! The restaurants, while a bit pricey, were very good and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for - relaxing. The condo was fabulous and provided the most spectacular view of the beach and sunset! It was a bit smaller than it looked in pictures, but for a family of 4 who spent most of our time at the beach or pool, it was fine. The unit is well equipped so if you want to cook, etc there is no issue. The washer and dryer in the unit is super convenient, and you do not need to pack a thing other than your bathing suit for the beach as there are plenty of chairs (we did find one that was broken), towels and umbrellas. There are even sand toys for the little ones. The location of the condo was also perfect for us as it is away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island (not that there was a lot), so it was quiet, but also very convenient and close to restaurants and stores. There was never an issue getting a chair at the pool or finding a spot on the beach, and other tenants of the building were super friendly. Security is also very good as you cannot enter or exit the property without a key. We will definitely be coming back to Marco, and will look to stay in this condo again!

A Perfect Little Get-Away!

A week on Marco Island in this little gem of a condo is never enough time. Almost every day ended with watching the sunset and its ever changing colors from the balcony. Susan's condo was impeccably furnished and clean with more than ample beach chairs and supplies. There were a few issues on the first day to resolve but this was mainly due to Irma passing through and the condo not being fully opened back up. The management company (Marco Island Vacation Properties) was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Susan's condo and hope to stay here again in the future.

Return To Paradise

Having vacationed a few times on Marco Island in hotels in the past, we decided to rent a private condo. We were not disappointed with choosing 1505 Seawinds. The unit is in the upper levels of the Seawinds condo block, offering superb views of the beach with unprecedented privacy as it is not overlooked by any other buildings and directly on the beach. The facilities in the unit are of a high standard with very comfortable lounge area, master bedroom with patio door access direct onto balcony, fully equipped kitchen that allows freedom to either cater yourself or just do basics and eat out and beach equipment is also provided for spending lazy days on the beach. Excellently positioned on south end of beach with bar/restaurant next door and easy access to all other amenities on the island. We will be looking to rent this unit again on our next visit to “Paradise”.

Perfect location! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the Gulf and listening to the waves.

Amazing!!!

What an amazing, relaxing and comfortable experience. We stayed with our 2 children and had a blast. The condo was spacious and modern. It has everything you could possibly want or need. We will definatley book again next year!

We currently live in Wisconsin and know how great it is to get away during the cold winter months to a warmer climate. We have so many wonderful memories with our family and want to share this island with you helping you build your own memories.
