Seawinds 502 - Come Relax with us!

Come stay with us on your vacation to relax and enjoy the sunset in a clean and inviting unit.

You will be greeted in the lobby when you arrive by a member of my team. You do not have the hassle of trying to find a rental office to pick up your keys. A member of our team inspects the unit each week prior to your arrival to ensure the unit is ready and to our high quality standards.

The Seawinds is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. Being one of the closest condos to the water, the Seawinds provides the sights and sounds that make Florida's beaches so popular.

Our unit is on the 5th floor and faces the beach and ocean with unobstructed views. Enjoy panoramic beach scenery to the north and south, but the best views are those of sunset and the beach, directly to the west. Both the living areas and the master bedroom open to the lanai for unforgettable beach views.

The complex features swimming pool, whirlpool spa, tennis courts and pickleball nets. Nearby, enjoy fine restaurants, unique shops and nightly entertainment within walking distance.

Linens and towels provided, beach towels, beach chairs, flat screen TV's and cable in living room and both bedrooms, wifi. We have 2 coffee makers, a regular drip coffee and a Keurig.

Unit 502 finished a remodel in Nov 2018. King bed in Master with sleep number mattress, twin beds in second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa along with tile floors and 2 full baths. We recently purchased a new refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

Cleaning - We have purchased additional stock of linens so that all bedspreads are cleaned each week before your arrival. All pillow shams, bedspreads, sheets and towels are washed between renters.

Our rentals run SATURDAY to SATURDAY due to the availability of my cleaning staff.

The laundry fee is refundable if the renter chooses to wash the sheets and towels used during their stay before check out. Renters may leave 1 load for cleaning service and get full refund of laundry fee.

There is a $50 parking fee that is charged by the building and Condo Association that goes towards security. This is not charged by me.

Note - Our unit is not large enough to accommodate motorized scooters inside the unit.

SeaWinds at Marco Island

Had a great two weeks on Marco Island. The condo was clean, comfortable and lived up to everything that was advertised. The balcony had a great view of the beach and was a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset.

Relaxing beach stay

Was able to relax on the beach each day and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. We had a slight bump in the stay when the upstairs condo decided to undergo construction and chisel up their floor. We were notified one day in advance by the owner and had to make plans to vacate the condo through out the day or be stuck suffering the horrendous noise. Other then that everything was wonderful. We would recommend staying here again.

Great Marco Experience

Loved the unit. Perfect for the two of us for our 30th Anniversary trip. Unit was as advertised and well appointed. Communication was excellent. Planning our trip for next year. This will be a front runner for two weeks if available. Thanks Libbie and Debbie.

Superb Second Stay

Our second time staying was as great as our first. Beautiful & clean condo with great amenities. The wagon, umbrella & chairs made for easy beach days. We noticed many beach goers without so appreciate that we had everything we needed. Libbie & her team are gracious & welcoming. Ocean views & balcony are wonderful. Looks like we will be returning for a third time…

Updated and clean!

The space is updated and clean! Easy access to the beach and pool, which was extremely important to us. We could go down and up multiple times a day with a toddler and infant. The infant fit nicely in a pack n play in main room closet. Plenty of beach towels and beach equipment provided. Everyone else staying at the condo was very nice.

February fun

What a spot! It rained the first day, but we were so cozy and watching the rain from the balcony was beautiful. We had sun the rest of the week and such a simple walk to the beach. Also slept great every night.

Beautiful

Condo was just as pictured. Great location on the beach with beautiful views. We saw dolphins swimming by from our balcony. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was heated and the hot tub was a plus for the cooler weather we had.

Marco Island getaway

This was our fourth year staying in Marco Island and our first time in this condo at the Seawinds complex. Libbie’s condo was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Check in with Debbie was pleasant she gave us all the info we needed for our stay. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony with the beautiful ocean just below. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and stay at this property! The unit was super clean and presented just as the pictures online. The oceanfront views were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at sunset. The communication with the owner and property managers started before our trip began and continued throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning that was quickly addressed and resolved. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. I look forward to booking this condo again next year!!

Great beach. Great views. Great vacation.

This condominium accepts weekly visitors so it’s quite popular. The units are small but have the same views and white sand as the high end condos so that’s a huge plus and easier on the budget! The building is a bit tired looking but many of the units have been nicely updated. The main feature of the Sea Winds is that every unit has direct beach views. The unit I rented for three weeks was well done, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The sofa was new and very nice. There was plenty cookware and there were basic supplies provided. A washer and drier were in the unit. Beach chairs and toys were available in a storage closet near the elevators. The owner was available if needed and local assistance was always available although I did not need them. The pool area has chase lounges but only one table with 4 chairs located inside a covered area which is first come first serve. A few more umbrella tables with chairs would have been nice. The south end of the beach is quieter than the busy north end but there are plenty of dining and shopping options all along Collier Blvd. I would recommend this property and my host to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a premier location for much more space and much less cost than a hotel stay.

From Buffalo, NY and have been owners on Marco Island since 2007. We have twin boys. We started coming to Marco in the early 1990's because my husband loves to fish. We love the laid back atmosphere of Marco and the wonderful people on the island.
