The condo is perfectly outfitted and decorated and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to town, and also the fact that the actual location of the apartment is peaceful and quiet. A herd of elk stopped by one afternoon to lounge on the front lawn!

The VRBO was super clean and everything we needed was provided such as cooking supplies, snacks, cooler. The communication with Trent was excellent, the check in/check out process was seamless. The best part was the location, close to Estes, but not too close, the patio was so pleasant with the beautiful river, we had coffee and breakfast every day. It seems great time and care was made to make our vacation the best!! Thank you Trent!!

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit RMNP. Everything in the apartment was as listed on the web site. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The host Trent was very responsive with all our questions before and during the stay. Would highly recommend this apartment for others.

Loved this property. The river behind it was so calming and enjoyable. Really love seeing the wildlife in the area. The condo was so nice and cozy.

Carpet in the bedroom needs replaced or cleaned. The arm chairs need cleaned. poor chose of material for the chairs [some people are just pigs]. The place as a hole was very nice, great location, nice roomy parking.

This condo is an absolute gem! The location is an easy walk to downtown, only about 1/2 mile away. It's literally right next to the Fall River, where you can hear the water rushing by. Having dinner on the deck was a delight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, including decent knives. So many places provide cheap knives that are dull and practically unusable. THANK YOU! Our host, Trent, was great! He even reminded us about the requirement for timed entry passes to Rocky Mountain N.P. Also, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We would gladly to this condo if we're ever in Estes Park again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of three. Very quiet and peaceful. The best part was being able to hear and see the river right outside the deck. One morning we watched a herd of elk including several bucks, cows, and calves for several hours! It was a once in a lifetime experience! We loved being walking distance to downtown and the trolley stops when our daughter was too tired to walk. The condo was clean and had great amenities. Great communication with the host and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, cozy, and well equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable too. Very close to all the shops downtown! We'll definitely be staying here again.
