Should have listened to the previous reviews. The property was clean but there is definitely room for improvement. Plastic still covering the windows in the summer, not able to open them to let air in, luckily there were two AC units (one in living room and one in main bedroom). This was not waterfront property, rather waterview from across Hwy A. It was a tight fit to pull into the driveway with a truck, and you need to be cautious pulling out with limited view to the left with the trees that are there.

Thank you for the feedback and for noting the property was clean. The window plastic could have easily been removed to let air in, and both A/C units were available in the meantime. The listing does show the road, as the home offers a water view rather than direct waterfront access. As for the driveway, a storm came through just days before check-in and knocked down trees across the area, including one across the driveway itself. It was cleared before arrival, but piles of cut branches remained on both sides while waiting for county pickup, which made the fit tighter and visibility more limited than usual. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope future guests enjoy the water views and comfort the home offers.

The house is unkept, dirty, bug covered with literally plastic on the windows. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE. There is nothing cozy about it. So dirty we wrote the date on the dryer. Beware.

First impression pulling into drive was it looked unkept, grass needed to be mowed, house needed paint, steps into house peeling paint, black mold? Older home which was fine, refrigerator leaked water onto hard wood floors contacted owner, he said he knew it was a problem. Full size bed had grass clipping on sheets under comforter. Most of windows were covered with plastic and dirty. Cord for tv was taped along edge of fireplace! Screen porch was a nice size with a nice table and chair set on it. Screens were filthy with cobwebs and debris stuck in cobwebs from recent storm. Cobwebs seemed to be a recurrent here. Toilet was filthy, shower had great pressure but you had to hold handle to let water drain out. This house needs a good deep cleaning and power washing the whole outside of it with trimming tree branches so you have a nice view of water.

It was a great property. We loved the screened in porch. Nice and cool in the evenings. It was fun to watch the fireflies. The house needs some TLC. A bit of paint and some touch ups in the outside and a good thorough dusting would do wonders. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect location for fishing on bago, minutes from boat launches, pleanty of grocery and gas stations nearby.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to issues we had with wifi. Very clean and neat with nice food touches. The exterior needed paint and entry porches were not in keeping with the very nice interior details. Good value.

Richard, we love hearing that enjoyed your stay and are happy to hear the homeowner was able to take care of the wifi issue right away. They have been focusing on making the inside of the house as comfortable as possible for guests, so we're glad you appreciated their special touches. I would give the property 2.5 stars if I could. Cons:When my family and I pulled into the driveway, we were not impressed with the condition of the home's exterior. I didn't think it was the house that I had rented. The pictures in the listing showed the house to be in much better condition than was actual. Enter into the home's interior. As others noted, the wood floors were beautiful. Unfortunately, the beauty of the floors were obscured by the uncleanliness of the home. None of us used the couch as it was stained and filthy. The bottom of the shower curtain was brown and disgusting. Hair products provided consisted of a bottle of VO5 shampoo (approximately 20% full), and no conditioner. A new bar of Ivory soap was provided. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you want to shampoo your hair with something other than VO5.There was a window conditioner in the living room and one of the bedrooms, which kept the house at a comfortable temperature. The second bedroom still had plastic on the windows, so you couldn't open the windows even if you wanted to. Pros:As another user pointed out, the chickens were enjoyable to watch. The screened porch was a nice area to sit and watch the lake across Cty A and have coffee. The porch was our favorite room in the house.

Great Weekend - Lambeau Experience!

First Trip to the area. The property met all of our needs in terms of basic amenities and has a nice view of the lake. The location is good....it is a short drive to get into town (Neenah) and an easy drive to Green Bay. Overall, very satisfied with the property and stay. I/we would recommend this property!

Great space

This was a great space that generally fit our needs. The kitchen was decently supplied, and the layout matched the description. The space was fairly clean, although there was an abundance of spiders and webs, so be sure to keep an eye out. The location was also lovely, and right by the lake, and check-in was very easy!

Very comfortable

The house and host were very accommodating. The two bedroom house was clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessary items. The host was easy to reach. WIFI worked well and our granddaughter enjoyed watching Disney Plus.

Walleye fishing

It’s a nice place!! The location is great the lake is right there wish it had a dock but the neighbors were nice enough to let us use theirs! The bugs were really bad at night thankfully the screened in porch is great!! Over all we had a fantastic time!!!

Home in Neenah

Chose this home for attending LifeFest. Location was great. Description says it sleeps six. There were two twin beds and one full. We were four ladies; thank God I brought a blow up mattress so I had a bed in the living room. Home was beautiful and location was perfect.

Nice little place

Nothing too fancy. Just right for a fishing trip. Beds aren't super comfy and neither is the couch. Just get up and go fishing, you'll be fine.

Was perfect for our stay

We came up for a fishing trip. Was perfect for our quick stay. Had everything we needed. The only thing that may need addressed in the future is the shower head pressure. It was low it didnt bother me really because I dont have any hair, but my wife has long hair and it was difficult to was soap out of it. Other than that id stay again! Thank you!
